Could have been cleaner....

Staff was nice very helpful the pool was very clean it was quiet not a lot of noise or trouble and would highly recommend it to anyone

Room was not the same as pictured on the web site, got into the room only to find the toilet seat was broke. Mold in the corner of the shower, paint pealing in the tub. Satellite only worked for 30 minutes at a time then would shut off on its own. Now the good. Toilet was fixed in an hour. Bed was comfy. Pool was nice and maintained well. We didn’t spend much time in the room so all in all wasn’t terrible. Was there for 3 night.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and courteous.

Easy check in, friendly staff, room was great, well lit outside in the evening. They should probably look into repairing the parking lot and the walkway to the lower floor rooms.

I got a twin bed room & the room they put me in (room 131) was infested with roaches….they where all over and had smashed ones on one of the bed covers

It was dirty when we checked in tried to call to get another room but no one answered . It was late we came in the TV not the wifi not tv worked I seen the walk way had trash a everywhere and had things that looked to be old bags ; used for drugs laying around the breakfast was not goodbthere was mold on some of the e! [¡

It appeared as though a lot of people are using this hotel as a residence. The room was not cleaned very well and breakfast was OK with muffins and waffles.

Good value for the price.

Desk lady was horrible

Pool was amazing and bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was basic as can be. Really needed a nightstand on BOTH sides of the bed. We ended up making our own out of the suitcase rack and a pizza box.

Good location. No road noise. Easy access to town. Tourist town so paid a little more per night than I would have liked, but cheaper choices were not as nice as this. Wife thought the bed was too hard, I slept fine.

We arrived, checked in & found room without issues. Stay was comfortable. Floors, Linens & bathroom were clean. Great for an overnight stay in Hot Springs.

CHEAP STAY, CLEAN ROOMS, GOOD BREAKFAST OPTIONS, NICE POOL AND LOCATION IS NEAR TOWN AND SIGHTSEEING OPPORTUNITIES.

Near downtown, fairly quiet, clean, helpful staff, continental breakfast that was filling.
