Great hotel great room, really enjoyed the bar. I just had issues with my light cutting on and cutting off in the middle of the night. When it did turn on, it wouldn’t turn back off so it made it pretty difficult to sleep at night. I was all the way on the 18th floor so I tried to reach the front desk or any staff and didn’t get an answer but the hotel is beautiful. That was my only issue.

Location pretty close to a lot of places This hotel does not allow digital cameras, even if you’re a guest staying there, which I found extremely surprising. Like,I paid to stay here, and I can’t even take nice pictures of my experience? Everybody has a camera these days. If you’re a content creator or someone who loves taking pictures while traveling, this may not be the place for you. Someone will literally walk up to you and tell you to stop using your camera smh Consider yourself warned

Overall, I also don’t feel the room was worth the price. I had wanted to try something new, but after this experience, I wish I had booked my usual hotel, the JW. In my experience, the JW offers much more for the price when it comes to the staff, amenities, and cleanliness of the rooms. I wanted to give this hotel a try, but I’ll be sticking with the JW going forward.

Nice hotel.. no pool! The toilet seat was broke & the water to me just wasn’t that “scolding hotel hot”. The shower water was everywhere & the furniture was very dated. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Not the best, but definitely not the worst!!

The staff was so kind and polite. They all seemed to have pride and excitement around their jobs. They were very communicative and hospitable, even in situations that didn't require conversations, engaged with me and brought joy to the day.

Beautiful property. The staff was amazing from the time I arrived to the time I left. Super comfy bed and amazing shower. The food was also great. The only downside is no microwave or refrigerator. I would definitely stay again!
