Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Downtown/University of Houston

It's clean and quiet staff was nice

The staff are so nice every thing was perfect we will be staying here again when we come to houston

all was put away at 8:55 am- had coffee no cream they ran out. not very hospitable.

Great property. Very helpful staff. Excellent service.

There were stains on the wall and a lot on the shower curtain.

Bad

Bed linens torn and stained. Used shampoo bottle in shower. Floor greasy. Awful neighborhood. Next to adult store and vacant lots.

It was right off the highway Staff was not the nicest and seemed to have given us a room they knew the ac didn’t work correctly. Found hair/trash on the bathroom floor.

Quiet the first few night but the Night Manager was not as friendly as day person. Party & very noisy room next to me Lights did not work only a couple in my room.

Very clean Wish I had the regular remote to the tv to watch Netflix

First, they gave me a room with 2 queen beds, beeing that I made a reservation of a room with 3 queen beds. Second, when I went to ask them the why of this change, the lady in charge was talking me in a such a manner that I didn't like it, she also said that was lying. Third, there was not a swimming pool like they announced. And fourth, me and my guests went to have the breakfast they offer, It was 9:20 am when we got there and there wasn't nothing just coffee. They took everything away at 9:00

Great basic motel. Clean.

Location

Superb

Muy sucio el cuarto el tapete de el baño estaba usado hasta mojado,el piso sucio las escaleras lejísimos de los cuartos horrible todo jamás lo recomendaría

Very good

When arriving to the Hotel it was nothing like on the website Booking.com. So I didn't stay there. It's looked very unsafe. Not to be funny it looks like a Motel instead of a Hotel. Nothing
