Shower water had two settings: hot and scalding.

I like the back scenarie but the door didn't have a lock sink was dirty shower had hair . Pillows smelt dirty towels stained room wasnt swept mold in the refrigerator also refrigerator wasnt cooling and no remote in room for tv it couldve been a better stay. Need secured locks for room I am a executive for housekeeping and housekeeping can do a better job....

Nothing at all, we get there first night after driving 8hrs, while we are bring our stuff to the room saying we’re going to get kicked out an I jus booked this roach motel bed bug infested room for them the next also while we were gone all day n nite wen we got back it was storming all the internet was out my daughters was in a new town an board so one was jus outside our door on the phone an the other was on the stairs making a tic tick so next thing you know we get a knock on the door saying we have to leave first thing in the morning I was asleep so my wife was talking to lady that was being rude when I got back home after our 3 day trip got ruined we only got to stay for 2 days so I called an asked for my money back an they said to call or get a hold of yall for my money an like I told her I booked it on line but I paid there Annie like my money out back on my card she told me to go to hell a if I wanted my money back that I would have to drive another 8 hrs there n 8 hrs back so I asked are you going to give me the gas money to n then said I can call a lawyer about this she said go ahead and do it an get your money from Booking an don’t come to her property for my money or I will go to jail it was Black Friday weekend of November 2025 id jus like my money back actually now for the whole weekend since they ruined it an how they talked to me I didn’t say nothing bad besides I wanted what was owed to me but now id like a whole refund because how they treated there guests an my kids was yelling at em in the hallways an it should be all on camera Trashy, had bed bugs and roaches the sheets were dirty the first bite

The staff was good and nice The room stunk and the bed was very hard to sleep on and they give u these little bitty pillows that u can't even get comfortable with.

Very convenient. It’s outdated . The chair in the room looked like somebody had a good time

No microwave in room

I liked the location and that I checked in 9AM and the view from my balcony in the room. No elevators but it was still great

The rooms are dirty holes in the walls the bedding was dirty bugs in the room

No microwave in the rooms but only in the hallway.
