Super comfortable beds super nice hotel, even though it’s under construction, really friendly atmosphere All day I didn’t like about the hotel was that the parking lot was very dark and not very many people were staying there due to the renovation but other than that it’s nice

The the staff was very nice it was very clean and comfortable The elevator didn't work so I had to go up the stairs with my bag and it was heavy so an elevator would have been better if it worked and I was expecting breakfast but there was just dry cereal and some milk but besides that those are the only two things I didn't like

• The beds were on the floor just on the carpet no bed frame. My daughter found a bug on her bed the 1st.night. The beds had no blankets as shown on picture. •Breakfast ridiculous only orange juice and cookies. • Swimming pool has been closed since COVID and they say it’s getting repaired. • Restrooms at lobby area are OUT OF SERVICE both women & men, they will not let you use restroom at your room given until transaction has been done…which is dumb because they should understand people have emergencies of restroom usage. Some customers have bladder problems or pregnant women to be waiting. •No FIRE ALARM detector in the room regardless of it being a non-smoking room, it’s something that should be in compliance by the fire marshal, and the wires were sticking out at the ceiling where it used to be. • The rooms need maintenance for example the curtain had mold marks on the bottom where ac vent throws out the air. Unfortunately, I encountered a bad time and room was bad. I had given business $$ to this ECONO LODGE place for the past trips made with family to Houston and had never been unsatisfied with the facility until I experienced the ABOVE.

when i got there they told me they had no rooms,even though I still had the confirmation and my reservation was not cancelled.

Hotel had bedbugs

The second night we stayed, the lady that was working the front desk was extremely polite. The night customer service representative. He was so rude, even ruder, when I called the hotel after booking. We will not be staying there again.

The location is not bad, it is like 20 minutes from the city center by bus. The person from the desk,a 50-60 years old guy not very welcoming. The creepy people who stay in the hotel. They mainly take drugs at the entrance. On morning one of the guest stalked my mother why she was getting her "breakfast" ( a banana and a tea)-

Power out in half or room couldn't relocated. Crime theft happening over night in parking lot with windows broken. Room was extremely smelly as if it's not being fully cleaned.

Nothing There’s nothing to have for breakfast and the room has mold.

Good location to restaurants and stores! The price is very reasonable. The waiting living room area was humid/hot.
