Great location, friendly staff, clean and well kept hotel. The hotel is gorgeous, very modern and the Breakfast was excellent. The only aspect they can improve is the pool which due to high occupancy wasn’t clean. Water was green and cloudy, signs of low chlorine and poor filtration. However, we fully recommend this hotel and will stay here on all our upcoming trips to Houston.

I enjoyed my birthday weekend! It was amazing! I definitely enjoyed the customer service. The two ladies that help me were amazing! I know one of their names was Ms. Van which she is such a sweetheart! There was another sweetheart although I don’t temper her name was in a gold dress she checked us in on arrival and I mean everything was perfect with her as well! I’m definitely coming back in October and going get another room for a whole weekend and not just for a night! Definitely a 100/10! Thank you guys so much!

I was very disappointed in my stay there. The lighting was bad. The room smelt really bad. Hou keepers kept coming in my room when I put the do not disturb sign on my door and that was very disrespectful. That means they didn’t care and then took my sign off the door. Not happy and will never come back. I hated every thing about this place and it smells really bad in the rooms

Pool had hair all over inside and out. At 10:30 am there was empty glasses of the previous evening laying around (safety hazard). Breakfast staff wasn’t very friendly. A bit rude when we asked for an omelette.

I will give 10/10 for the cleanness of the hotel. Room, hallways, and common areas are very clean. Breakfast was great and full of options. Staff are friendly. Only one draw back is the noise from the freeway. It’s pretty loud even we are in the upper floor. I hope they can do something about it in the future.
