Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston West - Katy

Wonderful staff, clean, and comfortable beds. Well done Embassy Katy!!

There were several things we loved about our stay here: A very friendly staff who was always there to assist with whatever we needed. An added bonus was the shuttle to take us within a 5 mile radius. Megan was awesome and made us feel at home. Gym and pool areas were clean and easy to access. Breakfast options were plentiful. Fresh towels and blankets were just a phone-call away, and we really enjoyed the snacks in the room. We will definitely be returning soon.

I’ve stayed here several times and have never had an issue, however this past time that I stayed there I encountered a couple of issues. First I was disappointed because housekeeping didn’t touch my room during my stay, although I let front desk know, they brought clean towels up to the room, but lack of cleanliness remained. Second issue was with their buffet style breakfast, when I was about to serve myself the season diced potatoes, I noticed a hair in there to which I quickly let staff know her name was “Triny”. I moved away but kept a close eye to see if she would pull the potatoes but all she did was scoop out the hair and went about her morning. That is a huge no for me.

This hotel only cleans rooms “every other day”…. I guess that pretty much sums it up if you stay there for only 2 nights.

Breakfast was a great and honestly the highlight of our stay. Body wash was empty we asked 3 times to have it filled. No room service for new towels not once did they stop by over a 2 night stay.. Eventually we left without having anything fixed.

The ac in the room and the location Front desk gentleman, the tv in the room didn’t work, app key didn’t work

We absolutely love staying at Embassy Suites anytime we can, and this one didn’t disappoint. Rooms were spacious and held our family perfectly. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The chef cooking up the omelettes in the morning even remembered our orders from day to day. Absolutely recommend.

Very friendly staff, value for money. Overpowering aromatic scent in the communal/lobby areas which is completely unnecessary. Of the 5-day stay only once did housekeeping attend which is a big no no.
