La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston West Park 10

Clean bed & bathroom. But no working TV or remote. No coffee. In repairs. Would not recommend.

The location on I10 was convenient to where we needed to go. 1. The outside grounds had lots of Trash. 2. The outside of the building needs maintenance. 3. The TV in rm 120 does Not work. 4. No coffee, No breakfast. Was told to go next door but at 7am they had No bfast and only Decaf coffee. 5. Room only had dacaf coffee packets. Yuck. 6. No one was at front desk late on the evening And early in the morning. 7. Some real sketchy looking people "hanging around " the parking lot. I brought another couple with me to this place and was embarrassed by my choice. The inside of the hotel was fairly clean but other than that I will not return to this location.

The property was in the location that I needed. But although I couldn’t stay because of the noise and I didn’t feel safe because it’s the property was so dark. Even the La Quinta sign was not lit up. I didn’t like that it was night and the property had no lights outside when you drove up nor was the big light with a hotel name lit. And there was a strange man standing out there. He was walking down the feet of the freeway and when I drove into the driveway of the hotel, he walked back in by the time I got out of my car he was standing right there, and it was so dark. The young lady that was working in there. It was very nice but couldn’t answer questions about why were there no lights.

Only good for a short stay

The hotel doors was held open with chairs. The front desk person wasn't even at there desk. There were weird people hanging around. It didn't look a like a safe place to stay. I was afraid and left. I wouldn't recommend that place to an enemy.

Tuvimos una experiencia muy desagradable. Publicitan desayuno gratuito, pero nos cancelaron el servicio a último momento usando el pretexto de que la zona estaba en "mantenimiento". Por si fuera poco, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia; el hotel tenía un olor horrible y estaba muy sucio. Una total decepción por lo que pagamos.

Positive note: AC in room kept the room cool.

I was disappointed.

No breakfast due to maintenance, hallways weren’t air conditioned and smell, only decaf coffee in room, only back elevator works. Looks like it’ll be a good place once they are done fixing it up, but not sure about staying there now. Bathtub constantly drips.

The customer service was poor.

You don’t pay to stay here for comfort—you pay simply because you need a roof over your head. If you’re only looking for basic shelter for a night, it may do, but if you expect a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained hotel, I would recommend staying somewhere else.

The bed was comfortable. How dark it was outside there was so light. It was also very dirty outside in the parking lot. The air conditioning was not working properly in the hallways and in the room. It was not pet friendly. Which on the website it stated that it was PET FRIENDLY.

There was no breakfast when it supposed to come with the room. Doors were scratched as if there was dogs eats at the door to the restroom. Smelled like smoke when we had a non smoking room the sheets smelled too.There was mold on the building and walls.
