The ice machine was still out and we stayed here almost a year ago. Hallways were hot. Breakfast was mediocre. Check in/ out was the only easy thing.

You will get stuck in the elevator and the staff will find it funny, the pool stays closed, the TV is unwatchable, and the toilets won’t flush

Hotel room had roaches no matter what room I was in on different nights. Hotel staff tried to play with my money acting like they couldn’t find my $100 cash deposit when I checked out. I will never stay here again! Don’t waste your time at this roach motel!

My stay was okay. I like that everything was in working order.

Clean environment. The only issue with this hotel is lack of iron, and hair dryer.

We stayed here twice. The first time, the elevator was broken and the pool was closed. The second time, the elevator was working. Breakfast offerings were very minimal. There were only 2 bath towels for three people, so they gave us a pool towel. There was no blow dryer in either room.

There were cockroaches and insects in the room (322). The elevator needs repairs too because we got stuck midway and the hallway is so hot.

BAD...got stuck in the elevator with my brother his wife and kid they say it was weight limit but the wall said 15,000 lbs we do not wiegh that much....no tv channels no conditioner shampoo and body soap in the containers carpet was wet when we took our shoes off...breakfast was nasty the pool was dirty....Never again

I am highly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and it is obvious the property suffers from poor maintenance. To make matters worse, my guests and I could not even take a shower while we were there due to these issues. I would definitely not recommend staying here. Oh and elevator wouldn’t work if there were more than 2 people and on the limit it says 15 people occupancy. We got stuck in the elevator.
