Great experience with my stay

Hotel is infested with kitchen roaches. The mattresses are extremely old. Carpet very dirty and stained. The bathtubs panels are detached from the wall. But the roaches are the worst part. Oh and lets not forget the attitude those ppl have, especially the younger girl, Martha.

I liked that it was a quiet atmosphere, comfortable beds and the staff was welcoming most of my time there, but there were days that there was an attitude present with a certain staff member. The first room that I was given at check-in looked clean but the toilet was dirty. When I called to ask for a cleaning I was told housekeeping was gone and that it would be a $10 extra fee to come clean it or just wait until the scheduled cleaning day for that floor which was 6 days away. That same day I killed several roaches up until the next day. I finally changed rooms on a different floor and this room was clean but the roaches were here too. I called and asked for pest control and the manager was very prompt in getting maintenance to come out and spray my room. Problem was solved and the bugs were gone for the rest of my stay there. There were a couple of days where nobody was at the front desk and no explanations given and people would just be waiting. One of those days on a weekend there were people who came and waited but eventually they left. I heard the phone ringing and I was shocked that a staff member stumbled out of the office to answer it and you could clearly see the (Just Waking Up Look) on her face because she had been in there sleeping while neglecting her customer service duties. There is coffee from 6a-9a with rationed out granola bars, muffins and individual packages of cream of wheat which is listed as breakfast online.
