First and foremost, I was deceived doing booking when the lady told me that once upon checkout, I will receive my deposit back at that moment which now I’m waiting 3 to 5 business days something that I was not told I would have canceled my reservation because I booked at this hotel before just the one on beltway eight and everything was included. I paid for three nights 220 over here. I paid for five nights and paid 346+ a deposit of $100. No one never checked the wrong room service never knocked and check. They have bad service all the way around need new management team.

The staff was friendly The rooms had dead roaches, cabinets had water damage’ sofa was ripped, there was a diaper on my bed and when WE had to take them out sheets and blankets they didn’t have replacements and gave us a single sheet no blankets

Location The room had roaches. I killed 5 roaches and when I went to complain I was told someone would be to spray. No one ever showed up. The room reeked of infestation . Then they had the nerve to keep my deposit talking about damaged sheets and pillow cases from an Apple juice spill.

Nothing Almost everything place was gross the management was very rude to charge me a hundred dollar deposit and did not mentioned the deposit whatsoever on booking.com that locked it up on my cash app card made me miss my flight

It was clean It was so many bug I mean the roaches was everywhere.i couldn’t sleep because I was that many bugs I couldn’t wait to leave . I didn’t even let my 2 yr old play on the floor, the beds was hard and made a lot of noise. I booked on booking and didn’t kno it was a deposit for 100 dollars I couldn’t get my money bck

Location The entry card kept failing. You have to go countless times to the front desk in order to get reactivated. Also the sofa bed need to be changed.
