The employee was nice The roaches, dirty room. Location is very bad. Infested with roaches to the point where they crawl on you. Not safe to walk outside at night.

I didn’t like anything about the property they falsely advertised with the photos I didn’t like anything about it

Unsafe

Absolutely nothing. There was a weird smell the moment I stepped into the lobby. I was given three different rooms. At the first room, the door did not open. The second room was already occupied. And the third room was filled with roaches.

Dirty floors, roaches everywhere, couple of flies were also in the room. King size bed with one tiny square (not rectangular) pillow. No wifi, microwave, or refrigerator. TV didn't work. Strangers knocking on your door 11pm. Shady people hanging about.

Nothing no ac no water and no lights No ac at all no water for shower and no lights staff said it was a remodeling room on the remodeling side of the building. why are you renting out rooms being remodeled?

Decent hotel for the price

Expedia.com using PayPal. When I arrived at the hotel (Oyo hotel Katy Tx) they informed me that they had no available rooms. When asked if I could have something to show that I had arrived at the hotel I was told no but to take a photo of the sign on the hotel office door that was signed by the manager stating that the hotel had no vacancy which I did. I called Expedia right away to inform them that the hotel Oyo had turned me away due to no vacancy and that I would like a refund. An Expedia representative told me over the phone not to worry as I would receive a full refund after he contacted the hotel staff. He placed me on hold while he attempted to contact the hotel. I was in this call for 39 minutes only to be told that the Expedia rep was unable to reach the hotel but would try again the next day. He told me not to worry, this happens all of the time and that I would get my money back as soon as Expedia reaches the hotel. I continued to receive emails from Expedia saying not to worry they were working with the hotel to get my refund to me. In the meantime I provided them with my arrival time to the hotel and the photos I took stating there was no vacancy at the hotel. They basically resold my room to someone else. In the emails from Expedia they kept referring to my situation as a "request to adjust my reservation without penalty". Each email came from a different representative so l would explain to them that adjusting my reservation

This hotel is DISGUSTING. Roaches as soon as you open the door and the most unbearable scent of urine everywhere. I can’t believe this is even open for people to live in. This place needs to be condemned.

2 room no TV, extremely noisy people kept me awake all night including one man that knocked then sounded on my door only to realize he had the wrong room. No phone to call the rude clerk to tell.

Don't go here, the room looks nothing like the pictures and they have roaches and some sketchy people hanging out. The air conditioner looks unsafe to touch. Exposed wires. 1 pillow for 2 people in a king size bed. Towels were dirty. I felt sick and I can't sleep with roaches crawling all around, it was so bad I checked out and was told they would give me $5 for the inconvenience, what a joke, this is false advertising, I wish I could show the pictures I took.

No positive feedback Manager on duty was rude No accommodation for disabled individuals, rooms given to individuals with no disability Unsafe sorroundings

Nothing infect that it was very dirty that we didn’t even stay in there, and we split in our car. There body fluids on the beds and bugs were everywhere.
