Holiday Inn Express Houston Downtown by IHG

Although . We had bad experiences. Our door dash food order was taken or stolen. Breakfast was over before time mentioned. Went for breakfast and lady had already put up food early and when I asked she rudely replied, “ just what’s out here”. Which was a bit of bread and juice. Wasn’t happy. Went to front desk to advise and all I got was. I’m sorry.

Great property. The breakfast provided was very good.

The restaurant here is at the bar, so it’s really a bar type menu. The food was good. Self parking was easy and right on the property. Excellent place to stay.

I stayed here for three nights cleaning stuff never cleaned my room. I had to track a Cleaning Lady to get towels so we can take a shower horrible experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody if there was less than one star I would give them. And when we were checking out, I mentioned that to the GERMAN at the front desk all he said he’s gonna email the Cleaning manager didn’t even apologize.

Everything was excellent. We walk to the Toyoya Center and Fanfest!!

Construction around and the World Cup street closures made driving to the hotel difficult using GPS. Overall property was great, room and bedding were comfortable.

Well the lobby was beautiful, told me over the phone I could check in early in person but wont tell you that its not a possibility if it really isn't tried to charge me an extra $100, room wasnt available till after the check in time, took over an hour to try to check in and cancel my booking at like 10 at night since it was after the time of my event

Great breakfast, clean rooms and public areas. Valet parking was helpful, a little hard to get to with the construction downtown. Super close to daikin park.
