I really enjoyed my stay! One of my favorite things was how convenient everything was. I could simply walk down to the lobby to grab snacks or enjoy a delicious dinner at The Pearl without ever having to leave the hotel. That was especially appreciated since I’m not used to the Houston heat! The location and amenities made my stay easy and stress-free. If work brings me back to downtown Houston, I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean well maintained hotel with just the right touch of luxury especially for the rates. Perfect location downtown just short walk away from the entertainment and restaurant district and Daikin Park. Can’t get lost. The in-room coffee was one of the best we’ve had in quite awhile. We decided this is our place to stay for our baseball outings.

Enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Located on 9th floor. Sadly we had plumbing issues. Toilet struggled flushing. Was incredibly hard to get handle on shower to turn on. Tub would not drain. Asked for maintenance the next morning. Got back to the room that night and still wasn’t fixed. Room was extremely humid and everything was damp. AC cut out in middle of night both nights. We all woke up sweating. Had ti go to my daughters room at Hilton Americas to shower which was huge inconvenience. I really wanted to enjoy my stay so we could book future stays as we are a cheer family often in Houston for comps.

We love this hotel, we’ve stayed there like 5x now and we’ll be coming back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay and especially loved the hotel lounge. The bartender was amazing—friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The chef prepares an excellent steak, which was one of the highlights of our visit. The hotel is also in a great downtown location, making it convenient to explore the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy check in and walking distance to everything downtown

Hotel staff was very friendly. Valet was excellent. Pearl bar was good. All I had to do was ask for the remote bartender gave it to me and I was in control of the sports that were being watched but before that there was just movies playing on a pretty big sports day, which was Sunday nachos were great although they did take more than 30 minutes to get. Hotel was in a great area very easy to get in walkable distance to great restaurants, great bars and clubs and Daikin Park.

Getting breakfast was agonizing for us and all the other guests we encountered. Slow and inattentive service. Food was good but very slow..

Clean room

The only thing that could have made things a little better would be more shelf space in the bathroom.

I got there and my bedding looked like someone had soiled themselves on the bed. All the way down to the bed pad. It had makeup all over the bed and hair. They brought us be Linen but there was no one there to make the bed. So we had to do it ourselves. This was on a Saturday. I was told to wait until the manager came in the next day. She arrived late. She came in and told me that she can refund me a half a day and that I should have came in earlier so that she could have sold the room but since I didn’t it was not her problem and she could only give me half. Then upper management didn’t come in until Monday. He got there and decided to tell me that hotels don’t have managers on the weekends, as if I’ve never been to a hotel before. Both of their responses were not a response to assist the situation but to rebuttal.. 0/10 would not recommend..
