The room was spacious and comfortable. I love air conditioning, but that room was cold and I was unable to regulate the temperature very much.

We were in Houston for a football game. The location was great for walking to nearby restaurants and close to the metro to take the train to the stadium. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

Good service nice bar the pool table room breakfast area. It didn't have a pool i didn't check it see if it had a pool we had taken our summing wear . I like enjoying a little pool time with this Texas heat.

The hotel lobby and entrance has funny smell to it and the room has that smell too definitely not a clean smell. Staff was great.

Room was very clean and organized making it for a very comfortable stay. Staff were extremely helpful and kind when I made a couple requests. I would highly recommend Sam Houston Hotel when staying in downtown Houston.
