Good service, friendly staff, brand new building. Parking garage is very narrow for 2 way traffic.

Clean room and helpful staff. The room was very spacious.

Modern and clean 1 bedroom family suite. It looked as if we were the first to stay in the room. The room had all the amenities to meet our family needs

This is the second time here , second time one of my rooms weren’t on time , the front lady recognized me of days ago and fix the problem as soon as she can , she was very helpful but we were also out of towels and called 5 times and nobody showed up, I believe they are short of personal ,

A brand new property , some 3 months old, and it feels it : lovely and clean, smells good, cosy, high quality sheets etc , a joy !

I will definitely stay here again when I visit Houston. My room was so nice and clean. I was very impressed with the kitchen area that has a regular size refrigerator, along with a stovetop and kitchen appliances. The 1 bedroom suite itself was very spacious. Breakfast was great as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely 5 stars

Nice view And easy access to everything We didn’t like that the bed sheets were still very damp on the bed, the employee who put it on should of known it was wet still since they were the ones touching it

The location is great for the experience downtown Services such as rooms was not clean, bed and pillows smell was not pleasant. Minimal accesses to clean towels.

The staff and the environment were very friendly

Everything was well except checking in was at 4 and it was 530 and room was still not ready

I was in this hotel , first my reservation check in was late , I was upset because it was around 6 pm and they weren’t giving me the room and I wasn’t the only one , at the en they gave me two free drinks and I appreciated but still I believe they have to get rooms ready at the time . Everything else was good

Breakfast was great, location was amazing, the rooms were clean and comfy and the AC was fantastic. Could occasionally hear noise from the people above us.
