Staybridge Suites Houston Downtown by IHG

The staff was very nice and hospitable Our lights went off in the middle of the night

Superb

Very nice Hotel

Great hotel! We enjoyed the lobby as it accommodated all our family!

Property was clean and had everything we needed The ONLY thing I didn’t like. Is there was no body mirror in the king suite.

Great hotel. would 100% recommend The breakfast was too much processed food and was all in paper plates / cups. I know Americans think this is fine, but as a Brit / Europeans, i found it pretty bad tbh.literally all the americans loved it tho . . . )

Had a great experience for a one night stay. The only negative I had to say was that after the Astros game we ordered dinner at the bar, but never received our order. It very well could’ve been an off night for the kitchen and I understand they were busy. I would be willing to try it out again.

Clean quiet and beds are comfortable They closed the pool almost all day during the day hottest part of the day told our 17yo that it was going to be closed another 2 hours right before dark so we waited then took all of our other kids down said another 30 mins looked at it then let us in in the dark while now cooler outside as we seen from our window no one was doing anything with the pool all day

We love how close it is to everything! The staff are always welcoming.

Very good

Hotel muy bonito y céntrico

It was a good distance from Daikan park. The staff was friendly during the stay. Once we left is where the bad experience came. I received a charge for “damaged property” when I called to inquire about the charge the supervisor Laura was very unprofessional and rude. She claimed I damaged a table in the room when I asked what damaged I caused then she changed it to a leather chair, when I stated there was not a leather chair in my room she became very unprofessional, I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager” she is not the manager” I also asked for photo proof of said damage and she stated they do not have proof.
