The stay was really wonderful except for a few things. 1) The floor plate between the bathroom and the hallway was too high for my mom to get her wheelchair to roll over it by herself. It seems like this should not be a problem in a room specifically for handicapped customers. 2) The lounge chair and footstool was dirty or at least stained w/what looked like a cigarette hole burned into it. 3) Surprisingly, none of the premium channels (Netflix, Prime. etc.,) were offered. Other than this, the say was wonderful; free breakfast was great!

The shower water was a orange color in color and someone’s nails on the bathroom floor pillow covers were dirty, loud music being played in someone’s room and smoking and it wasn’t cigarettes, lol but will probably never stay here again. Also the elevator was not working.

The stay was satisfying.I enjoyed the room, the breakfast, and staff was very welcoming. I especially liked having the availability of lemon water in orange water located in the lobby. Thank you so much for that. I missed the expectation of having my room refreshed daily; However, I do appreciate staff, checking with me each day to replace towels and collect trash.

Front desk/customer service was exceptional! Someone didn’t hook the new hot water heaters up correctly, so we didn’t have hot water

Shower did not have hot water for couple days, sink was clogged, toilet was broken and had to be adjusted after each use. Breakfast was open for specific times and did not have food the entire time.

Great hot breakfast. The entire staff is amazing. The kitchen buffet organizer is top notch. She’s a hidden gem! Highly recommend this location.

Elevator was not working when we checked in. Had to haul luggage up the stairs. Elevator got fixed the same day. Room was missing fridge but once I told them they went and installed one. Headboard had drywall dust over it. Drywall dust was on the carpet near headboard and behind nightstand. Then at midnight someone opened the door. I had the safety hook on it. But they tried a second time. I thought we were the only ones with key. Told young lady at the corner Sunday morning. She was surprised that someone was able to open the door. She said she would notify the general manager but I never heard from her.

The amenities were fantastic and made the stay even more enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
