It was close to family When we arrived they asked for a $20 cash deposit for the room which we refused to pay. When we got in the room it smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. There was feces on the side of the toilet seats. There were cigarette burns in the bed and mold on the mattress. There's a picture of the bottom of my foot that's from walking in the room we had nowhere else to go so we had to stay in the room for the night. When we reached out to booking.com customer service they told us that management would be getting with us in about 30 minutes they never got with us to try and trade out the room. There was a legal activity happening to include prostitution. In the morning the shower would only drip water and there was no hot water in the sink. There was wiring for a smoke alarm but no smoke alarm there was mold on the walls there was a hole in the bathroom floor The shower stall had hair in it and it looked like there was urine in it. The mattress was actually bigger than the frame of the bed and the comforter didn't cover the entire bed. There were two very old pillows. And we are kept up all night with random screaming people running down the middle of the hotel area.
