Regency Inn Houston near Hobby Airport

First off I thought it was the Residency Inn when I get there it's the Diamond an remind I work till 11p an then gotta be at my second job by 12 so got this room cause it's close so booked it before I left work let them know I would be there between the hours of 10 11p so figured that was good so checking in he didn't have a room ready had to wait he said 10 mins max but in all reality we waited 20! Then get in the room it was small the wash cloth an towels was dingy some shit that either needs to be turned into cleaning rags or giving to the garbage the curtains was damn near see they then heading to work come out there's like 5 to 6 constables in the parking lot not sure who they was looking for or what so had to wait for them to move there vehicles so was late to work an yea! My thing is they need to change the site from Residency Inn to Diamond cause that's false advertisement and they just need to upgrade to better service an workers cause half the cleaning crew looked like they was on drugs or prostitutes so yea nothing I would consider going back too! An most def if I knew I used my 10% discount for what I walking into I would of saved that for the Marriott or the Hilton or something that is worth needing a discount for an only being honest cause people need that honesty on that ass an if I knew I again was coming to something like that I would of asked for my money back but I had to go to work an I live in Sugar Land an my second is by Hobby so I don't have money to Uber back home at 5a morning after I get off so it's nice to be able to stay in a room where u feel safe an ain't worrying about what's going on outside an people looking thru your curtains an stuff so yep it was a experience I wouldn't take again!

It was close to family When we arrived they asked for a $20 cash deposit for the room which we refused to pay. When we got in the room it smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. There was feces on the side of the toilet seats. There were cigarette burns in the bed and mold on the mattress. There's a picture of the bottom of my foot that's from walking in the room we had nowhere else to go so we had to stay in the room for the night. When we reached out to booking.com customer service they told us that management would be getting with us in about 30 minutes they never got with us to try and trade out the room. There was a legal activity happening to include prostitution. In the morning the shower would only drip water and there was no hot water in the sink. There was wiring for a smoke alarm but no smoke alarm there was mold on the walls there was a hole in the bathroom floor The shower stall had hair in it and it looked like there was urine in it. The mattress was actually bigger than the frame of the bed and the comforter didn't cover the entire bed. There were two very old pillows. And we are kept up all night with random screaming people running down the middle of the hotel area.
