AMAZING. The room was great. The check in staff member was so kind and helpful. When I left early the next morning for an all-day meeting down the street, I forgot my mouse. It was as easy as texting a request for help and someone took the time to bring it to me. I had a tight schedule after my meeting to make my fight home and wouldn't have been able to come get it. AMAZING customer service. I can't say enough about this team.

The room that we stayed in was clean as well. Nothing to write home on. It's nice to have a big fridge. However, the rooms are not well maintained. We were in a "suite" with separate bedroom and the TVs in BOTH of our rooms were outdated, half broken with blue screens and channel guides that just scrolled, and we lost signal while trying to watch anything. They were pretty much inoperable. You can look at the attached images to see. One of the remotes was missing the battery cover and just had a piece of tape over it. On top of that the sink for our bathroom area didn't drain at all.

Excellent for short or long stays as the rooms give a "home" feel.

The hotel its self was great. What wasn't great was that Expedia lead me to believe I would get a double queen room. By the time they sent the hotel my reservation request all of the queen rooms were reserved. My only option was a king room with a queen pull out couch. My very large teenage son had to sleep on the pull out and it was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel was very apologetic and let me know this is a common issue with Expedia. Let me be clear, in now way was this the hotels fault, it was solely Expedias fault. They were notified by the property that my origin request could not be met and instead of notifying me, they just let it be a surprise when I check in. Thankfully the front desk clerk was helpful.

Great stay

The staff was friendly and greeted you with a smile. The room, pool, breakfast eating area all were super clean. The pool was cleaned both days we were there. The hpusekeeping was thorough. This facility is quiet as I was preparing to take an exam next day and very family friendly as we had our 6 year old. Breakfast was buffet and top notch. Professional staff.

The hotel is extremely clean and welcoming. The staff were very polite and helpful. Ready to address any concerns if necessary. Breakfast was buffet style and well maintained. The hotel overall is a nice place for families, business trips etc. The pool area was nice and clean. The hotel stay was perfect and the staff is awesome!!

Everything was great. However, later on my last night I noticed some very small ants in my room that had made their way onto my bed.

I like that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The furniture was stained and pet hairs were found randomly on things around the room. Very oddly, I found pet hairs on the ironing board of all places. No biggie, I used a sheet that I brought from home to put over it to keep the hairs from getting on my clothes. The fan in the bathroom didn’t seem to work very well, but again it was no big deal.

Tv in the room was discolored but so minor i almost did not mention it. The front desk man when we checked in was extremely cool. Property was super nice and well updated

Could use better maintenance. The staff was nice but most members were inefficient. The couldn’t provide answers regarding billing nor regarding the grills.

Showed up at 3 couldn't check in until 4 they said house keeping hadn't cleaned the room yet my wife and three kids had to wait in lobby for an hour

Clean room, nice staff, family friendly

Almost everything was great with my stay. The tub and kitchen sink drained kind of slow; but not enough to make me cause a fuss.
