Comfort Suites Near Sam Houston Race Park

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was spotless, and our room was absolutely clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. It’s clear that cleanliness and guest satisfaction are top priorities here. We truly appreciated the excellent service and relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding hospitality!

Super friendly and efficient receptionist, a model to use for other hotels! I arrived very early and fully expected to hear that my room was not ready - but not only did she find a room, it was also comfortable and quiet. The best. Also, there was plenty of parking! The access from the beltway feeder road is a bit weird. You turn right, right, cross a huge bump that looks like it could remove the underside of your car (which I can say thankfully did not). So is fine if you're driving a rental car with insurance or a pickup. Otherwise go slow....similar thing using Apple maps on the way out. Go again over the huge bump, straight into parking lot of adjacent mini-mall, turn right, then left and right again....weird. Designed by an offroad rally driver? Mabye:>

Breakfast was good and plenty of free parking. Bed was comfortable and slept well.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always extremely clean which I appreciate. The staff is very kind and helpful and the lobby is inviting. I wish there was tiny bit more variety at breakfast but other than that small thing, I will continue to come here.

It was a great place at an excellent price. The beds were comfortable, amenities, and breakfast were great. I LOVE when hotels offer coffee 24 hours per day (because I get up before breakfast starts), and they do. The only thing I'm not a fan of is carpet in rooms because it can be so unsanitary. This hotel has that. It may be a "just me" problem, though.

The staff was very cordial. The room was wonderful. The breakfast was great.

We reserved a queen suite with a sofa bed. This room is large and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good with variety and attentive cooks. The TV was positioned pretty awkwardly, and the shower was not very comfortable.

Amazing.. we had over 80 people in our group and the hotel accommodated our needs and let us use the common facilities. Love coming here year after year.

I was also disturbed by a dog in a nearby room. Despite being on the fourth floor, I could hear the dog whining during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. It might be helpful if the hotel separated pet-friendly rooms from guests who prefer a quieter environment.

Seems like that air was off in certain areas of the hotel. Other than that great stay
