Quiet, comfortable, clean. Good breakfast but tended to stop stocking food with 30 minutes left of breakfast even with lots of guests still coming down to eat.

The lady at the front desk was rude when I went to talk to her about it. She told me the ants don’t bite. Their sweet ants. SMH I was not accommodated. She said well I only have king beds left. I had the rooms with two beds.

Although there was no electricity, the room was ok I booked two nights... I checked in around 11 pm, there was no electricity (I do understand it is not the hotel's responsibility), next morning I moved to another hotel, as I had work things to do... The hotel didn't refund anything, so basically I was held responsable for the power outage as I was the only one paying for it... They would've even refund the night I didn't sleep there, and I can't tell you how inconvenient it was for me to change hotels on a working day...

My family and i had wonderful experience at holiday inn express. The staff was helpful the breakfast wasn't bad and place was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable I had hair all under my sheets when I pulled back the comforter… had to change my whole bed, myself!
