Very recently updated! So everything felt clean clean. Bright LED in the hallways felt like a music video. Very friendly staff. Breakfast had full options. Workout room was nice and open with multiple machine and weight options. Included water and towels.

Clean staff

The toilet seat was completely broken off and was just placed on top of the toilet. The tv would not load any channels and took a very long time to even turn on. The vanity sink was pulled completely away from the wall, the bedroom and pillows smelled so strongly of smoke I had to spray with perfume. The bathtub and several pubic hairs on the edge of the tub. The front desk clerk informed me they were booked and was unable to move us but she did try to help us with our tv and very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would not stay here again.

What hotel in this world does not have landline phones. Not even a landline. Phone to call down to the front desk. It was very strange. This is the first time in my life I’ve ever been to a hotel that did not have a phone to call the front desk.

Great property, very clean, room was nice and tidy upon arrival. I arrived very late at night was immediately greeted by a front desk staff member that got me checked-in promptly. Would definitely recommend and book again

Bring your own towels. We came from the waterpark and wanted to shower with new towels but instead I waited in line just to be told I need to go get the towels and bring them to get new ones since housekeeping had left for the day and on the way to the room we passed the laundry room with plenty of towels cleaned and folded not to mention our room being on the opposite side of the building than the room wasn’t the cleanest. The shower had some stuff on the wall and throughout the room we would find different hairs around the room and there is no phone to call for service but overall outside of the towel situation the stay was ok.

It was true in the picture, very cozy & comfy. The only sad thing about it the couch that we had in our was sticky-- looks like an apple juice or orange juice spilled on it. We told the front desk about it and she reported it to the housekeeping department. When we get back, it looks like they cleaned it but still a lil sticky. Overall, we had a great time!

Absolutely stunning and large rooms. Breakfast is extra but only $7 so still cheaper than going out. In a nice area with multiple restaurants in walking distance

People smoking Wee*d in the pool and staff don't do anything about it.

The hotel was very nice . The staff was helpful . The hotel is close to everything you would need and more ! Overall it was a great experience and I would stay here every time I come to visit !

Now to the bad stuff that doesn't overpower the good but definitely makes you question. 1.) Our shower knob was apparently loose so we had to be our own maintenance woman and fix that. Not a biggie. 2.) The sink underneath leaked a little so as long as we didn't use it (Which wasn't often) wasn't a big deal. 3. AND THE BIGGEST...Baby we ha a roach that jumped on you and wouldn't die. No it didn't come with us. This boutique is renovated and so I'm sure it coming from the ceiling was a cause of that. *But again..besides that last one...Id definitely stay here again. We did tell the management about these things so IM SURE they have been fixed at this time.
