Very nice hotel although when we got to our room we noticed mold around the walls in the restroom covered by white paint , very spacious room and comfy bed .

The rooms were clean but bare, check in was awful. The receptionist took over an hour to deal with another customer then said they had-no rooms then finally found my reservation. This is a fair place if need a one night stop over.

It was very clean, organized and cozy. I had a really rough day but they just made my night extra special and comfortable.

This hotel is wonderful. So clean and the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. First night I had an issue with my tv but it was so late she couldn’t do much but assured me it would be taken care of the next day. The next day I returned late evening and just as she said it was taken care of. The tv worked perfectly. Very nice, big tv. I was in town for a conference and before leaving I purchased next years ticket and I’ll be stay at this same hotel next year. I wish I could book it now. Great weekend, an amazing conference and a great stay at Kompose Hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and unique, however the rooms don’t resemble much of what is shown with pictures. The size of the room is definitely smaller than the pictures show. Our shower still had hair in it from the previous person staying in there as well as in the bed. The room had an odor upon entering. We had to go downstairs several times to get a new remote to have the tvs work. In order to get new towels you have to bring your old ones down.. there’s no phone in the rooms to call for help so that’s annoying. Also, breakfast is $6.99 a day per person, and by the way the room was and the hassle to do simple things, we didn’t bother spending our money on it. We weren’t aware that you shouldn’t use the bathroom towels for the pool because they had they own pool towels. So the lack of information was poor.

Nice hotel

It has potential to be great place to stay. But the service of the staffs are terrible. I understand there must be a short number of staff. During our stay, we tried two days in a row coming to receptionist desk to ask them cleaning our room. But no one there, so ended up during our 5 days staying our room not being cleaned. All the requests should be asked with receptionist staff but if no one staying there, it would be useless.

It’s definitely my new go to hotel in Houston and will lookout for them anytime I travel to other places.

Clean, new, have all the necessities.

Overall stay was good. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. Be aware that hotel requires a $150 incidental deposit upon check In.

Location was great. Near a fire station but not an issue at all. Price was excellent! Property was great. Only one minor suggestion. The shower needs a higher lip to retain water. Lots of water on the floor. If needed, take a blow dryer.

This place is beautiful and clean. The 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious and comfortable.

Fantasy Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. My girlfriend and I enjoyed it so much we added an extra night to our stay. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in Houston. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay very clean and nice

INFESTED WITH ANTS!!! We checked in & saw ants. We went down to the front desk & told them and the guy said they would have an exterminator come tomorrow that there wasn’t anything they could do about it now. We cleaned up piles of ants all night!!! It was disgusting! We left early to go my doctors appointment and I called the front desk and the “Area Manager” said we would have to change rooms. After being at the doctors all day, I had to pack up and move rooms to a different floor. After doing that, I went down and spoke with Dmitri (or however he spells his name) and talked to him about how I was offended by the way he talked to me and made our problem seem like there was one ant in the room. Then he said the Housekeeping Manager went to the room and said it was because we had food all over the room and Dmitri dismissed me while walking away and still talking at me! I had 1 very small bag of candy on the kitchen table with 1 piece of candy in the bag - which wasn’t anywhere near where the ants were! I told him they leave hersheys Kisses candy on the dresser in bedroom WHERE THERE WERE ANTS! Dmitri, in the snottiest and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL way told me he had a job to do and he did it. He got me away from the ants. He is the absolute WORST person I have ever dealt with at any hotel, ever. He belittled me and humiliated me all while smirking at me & glaring at me in a very scary way. He should NEVER work with the public - he’s too “good” for that. Just ask him.
