We retired evenings at four (4) different properties during our visit to Iceland. This place knows how hospitality works. It was refreshing and the most enjoyable stay on the island by far. The staff was helpful & knowledgeable whether the restaurant, bar or front desk. Wish we had stayed there at the start of our trip and not just the end.

Omg, the room super clean, the lady on the front desk always have a smile on her face, easy parking too

I stayed 3 nights. Really nice typical hotel. Large 2 bed room with sitting area. My only complaint would be that the speaker on the tv crackled when turning the volume up. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. Decent restaurants within walking distance.

I liked the location . The room was clean It had a weird smell throughout the lobby and my room. It wasn’t horrible just not pleasant. The staff was ok. I got the impression that I was bothering the lady that checked me in. Room was clean a/c worked well. I got up in the middle of the night to go to restroom turned the light on and roaches were in the bathroom and by the door. Yuck!

The receptionist’s behavior was extremely ill-mannered and unprofessional. She could have asked her questions in a polite and respectful manner, but instead, her attitude came across as if she were the boss rather than someone assisting hotel guests. She also seemed to struggle with basic typing and spelling, which made the check-in process unnecessarily slow and frustrating. Unfortunately, her attitude and lack of professionalism spoiled our good mood. We are paying customers, and we should not have to tolerate such behavior or have our entire visit ruined because of un professional behavior Hotel guests deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially during check-in. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer-service training to her . Our check in time was 3:00 pm. Aug 30th

Just a great location in Northwest Houston area at US 290 and SH 6. Lots of food choices within walking distance of the hotel. Have stayed here before with both stays meeting g our expectations. Full breakfast.

I like how clean it was The whole time of my stay. We did not have any Wi-Fi in our room. Our TV barely worked. I had to cast my Netflix to the T. V. For us to even watch TV we told the staff about it, they said they were gonna come up and check it out, they never did so. We just dealt with no Wi-Fi. Our whole weekend staying here. Breakfast it could have been better and they could switch up the sausage with bacon from time to time. That's really about it oh and rhe orange juice tasted like water the only thing good was the coffee with the blue lable

Couldn't eat breakfast due to high carbs & sugar. No eggs, only sausage which is not vegetarian friendly. No fresh fruit, bananas or apples. Coffee was good.

Really nothing. The fire alarm went off in my room accidently and the worker at the front desk claim to not know what to do and that thing rang for several hours and she had me waiting sitting on the floor because she did not know what to do and just kept saying that over and over and over instead of offering me a room where I don't have to listen to that beeping sound or sit on the floor she didn't even offer me a discount it was just terrible.
