Breakfast was ok, kids enjoyed it. Room had a particular smell, carpet dirty in halls. People running in room above us after midnight. Fridge wouldn’t stay cold, got really warm . I informed staff and she said we could change to a single bed room :( we’re here in a double bed with sofa. Why would we do that?? Ice maker had black stuff in the ice. Didn’t want to give us more towels and didn’t have a clean sheet to give us. I will not stay here again!!

Breakfast was ok typical free breakfast nothing spectacular, I didn't see any fruit and the oatmeal is packets, the juice was good First of all , I am a choice member so you would expect better customer service. My family and I was coming from San Antonio to go to the circus. The customer service here is terrible. The front staff have no compassion or care, they don't understand that customers keep you in business. I got to the counter to pay for the reservation. I booked the hotel through booking.com which I have used several times. I was paying with my best friend's card , and she was staying as well. The lady in the front told me I couldn't use her card and I would have to contact booking to modify my reservation and put my friend's name on the reservation. I had emailed them to tell them I was going to use my friend's card when I checked in. After being on hold for 30 minutes, I decided to just go ahead and use my card and my friend sent the money to my daughter to cash app me. She gave me the room key to a room that smelled like something had died and it looked like blood was on the floor. I went back to the front desk and told her she needed to give me another room , because that one smelled like something that died. She gave me a look as if she knew and gave me another room. This room checked out. We barely made it before the show started because of these shenanigans.

Asked for an hour later check out 24 hours in advance, but apparently the staff that agreed to it did not document it. The day of check out, the house cleaning staff kept knocking on the door and even tried to enter the room in spite of the " do not disturb" sign on the door. Then the front desk called and informed us it was after the check out time and the room was still occupied. She was informed a late check out was requested and she later apologized.

I loved being able to grab breakfast before heading to work in the morning, breakfast was great! When booking our stay we weren't aware of a deposit when checking in, it wasnt until after we paid for the stay that we were notified of the deposit

I loved how hot the water was in the bathroom. I didn’t like they didn’t have a pool.

The only issue was low water pressure in the shower

The location was convenient. Roach infestation. Baby roaches and roaches with eggs. All I did was turn on the bathroom lights. I didn’t even get to unpack.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. There was no noise disturbances or any other issues like that. But some lights in the bathroom were out. Also, the furniture was visibly old.

The breakfast was fantastic! No pool.
