Polite and nice staff

I won’t do it again..

Nothing. I stayed on the weekend, THE BUSIEST TIME OF THE WEEK, and didn’t have enough breakfast for all the guest. I booked a two double queen beds w/sofa bed and got a handicap King Size room. Walked in the room and had an awful smell like someone was trying to cover up smoking. They didn’t have enough towels in the room but the nice lady at the front desk gave us some. I usually love Hyatt hotels, but this will steer me away from using them. I understand the World Cup is there but you’ve had plenty of time to prepare for it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to suggest that they make sure the small appliances work properly before the guests arrive. I am one who likes to iron my clothes and had to try three before finding one that worked okay and did not leak water.

it was nice, everything was great only issue we had was the loud neighbors in the room next door, screaming and laughing between 1am and 5 am

The staff at check in were nice. The next day we asked to have a late check out which was nice they allowed us to do that. Just found it strange that the manager went to our room before 1pm and knocked and walked right in at the same time. I was working remote in the room and just found it disrespectful for her to do that. I just got up when I heard the first knock to answer the door and she was already walking in. Not professional for her to do that. I'm guessing she is the manager since she was sitting in the office next to the main entrance. I don't think I would stay there again.

Didn't have many breakfast items. I was pretty disappointed in that but other than that everything was nice

Location. Front desk guy told me their wifi is not working so kindly find another place. I replied that i drove 5 hours and very tired , please find another way. Even i talked to manager she said to find room somewhere else. Then i told him to use my hot spot and connect his laptop so he could check me in . And then i was checked in. I paid cash and now money also debited from my card . It was so disappointing.

The pool area was nice just need new lounge chairs. Overall I had a great stay.

I don't think I will EVER stay at another Hyatt Place/Hyatt again no matter the location. Each hotel is individually owned and operated and this one was completely unable to provide us with any type of immediate recourse for the night. I will upload some photos and hope they aren't taken down/removed by corporate.

It was a nice experience, I was disappointed the pool was closed. Some internet issues but minor, asked for some toiletries, never came, if it wasn't for the cart on the floor, we finally got some.
