Best thing about this place was us leaving The pictures DO NOT match the property. There is NO POOL NO ELEVATORS, they took them out due to them not wanting to pay the insurance cost to have them. There were homeless people all over. There were " working women" there. The place was so sketchy we walked into our room and walked back out and left. Didn't even ask for a refund because we wanted out of there FAST. DO NOT stay here is you value your families and your life and safety. This place is like a mini skid row. STAY AWAY

Absolutely nothing. There were roaches, the rooms were not clean. We had to switch rooms. The man checking us in made me repay. So I paid for two nights and then had to pay for another night because he wouldn’t except my paid reservation through booking.com. He was extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. He could see I paid previously and still he recharged me and I’m still fighting to get my money returned. There were so many people hanging around outside at 2 am when we arrived and the drug use was very apparent. Not a safe place to stay. The room was nasty, the second room was nasty. The towels were horrible. The floors were sticky. There were roaches. It was very unsafe. The pictures online were not the same as the place once we arrived.

NOT LIKE THE PICTURES ON WEBSITE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT WEVE BEEN CALLING AND REACHING OUT TO GET THIS RESOLVED AND REFUND NP REPONSE NOR ANSWER TO THE CALLS NOT EVEN WORTH IT EVWRYTHING

It is what it is. I needed to stay here on a quick, unexpected trip. I have stayed here before, and they were great about getting me in at the last minute, even giving me the room that I requested., I ended up staying over a couple extra days, and they were very nice and flexible. Housekeeping loves my dog. And she's really sweet.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room looked nothing like the photos in the listing. The advertised rooms appear clean and carpeted, but my room had bare, dirty hard flooring and visibly grimy surfaces throughout. The bathroom floor and sink area were filthy, and I found a small roach as well as another bug crawling across the dresser. I felt like I could not safely put my belongings anywhere. Even worse, I felt extremely unsafe as a woman traveling alone. At approximately 12:30 a.m., a man repeatedly banged on my door. I was terrified. The only reason I did not leave immediately was because I was even more afraid to step outside the room at that hour. I stayed on edge the entire night and could barely sleep. After getting approximately four hours of sleep, I packed my belongings and left around 5:00 a.m. I have stayed at other budget hotels and motels in different cities and have never experienced anything remotely like this. I understand that this is not a luxury property, but basic cleanliness, accurate photos, and guest safety should be expected at any price. The condition of this room was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this property, especially to women traveling alone.

Nothing 3 Staff members was rude, roaches, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast, toilet was not clean, dingy so call 3 small white towels, no soap, no tissue, floor partially nasty, you can see through the frame of the door, stains on the sink area, no microwave, no fridge for my insulin, the hair dryer didn’t work, housekeeping came in last night there I’m assuming and removed the iron left the ironing board. Asked no non smoking, smelled bad of smoke, the ppl smoked weed I made a complaint one staff said it wasn’t illegal to do but had signs saying no smoking. 3 floors no elevators I’m 66 y/o with luggage. I asked for 1st floor only for ppl who want extended stay. Over all a fat 0. I asked for a discount they pointed to another hotel. Nothing It was so dirty and had cockroaches in the room. There were bed bugs and breakfast was included in the booking but they didn’t serve us

No wfi For almost 2 weeks, dogs pooping anywhere on stairs pissing on stairs, no leashes, and them banging on the door for a payment when some people operate with wi-fi, didnt get tv or remote until 4th day, no towels till 5th day, no cleaning crew ever.

The worst hotel by far.

It was bad. People were screaming outside and I asked them if they could keep it down and they threatened me and said they beat my door down and kick my ass.

Roaches no towels and smell like cigarettes even tho it was a non smoking room
