I don't recommend to stay at this hotel, terrible.

I was unable to sleep in the room I vacated the same night due to an unpleasant experience. My family unexpectedly arrived in town. I requested a room for three adults and four children. I was informed that I would be accommodated in a double room, although I had previously inquired about a studio room. Was this sufficient for three adults and four children? I was unable to sleep in the room I left the same night, which was a terrible experience because my family unexpectedly arrived in town.

Great place to stay with family

Suite with 1 bedroom and sofa bed had a kitchenette. Loved having the small kitchen. Shower pressure wasn't the best. Clean room. Very nice staff. Shower drips water on to the bathroom floor as the curtains are too short, but plenty of towels were provided when asked to help keep the floor dry. Plenty of storage and A/C worked great during the hot summer.

My stay there is always very nice! I’m from Louisiana and I’ve stayed there over 5x ! I love it there ! Clean, staff is always helpful as well!

Staff was helpful. I love how the staff take care of their people and let them off before July and informed everybody in the building. If I had to come back, we definitely will be staying there

AC worked well on the hottest day so far in Houston. Maid staff were friendly and efficient. They were helpful for a special request. Room was roomy and fully stocked. We had an excellent stay.

This hotel was a great selection for my family and our needs. They were incredibly accommodating for my children who are on the spectrum. The facilities were so ell maintained and the continental breakfast was delicious. I will say that I had to request housekeeping services during my weekend stay, but it was rectified quickly.

We had rat poop in our room on the TV stand. Did housekeeping even turnover the room or did the rodents come out after they turned the room over? The hotel clearly needs pest control services

The room it was pretty clean, this staff it's very attentive and respectful and the cleaning people was really nice and friendly. Way more than what we expect.!

Room was very clean, staff nice and accommodating, pool was AMAZING! Breakfast could have been better but was not the worst. Close to where we needed to be. Definitely recommend going to Round 1 if you are visiting with children. Located in Willowbrook mall. Will stay here again in the future.

Breakfast offerings were fantastic and the staff were friendly yet professional. This is where I will stay when in Houston.
