Everything was amazing and the staff is kind

I reported this to the manager on duty, who assured me it would be handled. I followed up afterward to check on the situation, but never received a single reply. No update, no acknowledgment — just silence. For a hotel accommodating business travelers, this level of hygiene and lack of follow-through is unacceptable. I wouldn't stay here again, and I'd think twice before recommending it to colleagues.

Between a water leak in the room above me, A/C not working very well. Was not happy with the stay.

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing

Our first room on the 2nd floor had a terribly moldy and musty odour. Front desk sent housekeeping to spray around the room. The shower pressure was useless and hot water took 15 minutes to get lukewarm, no pressure water. Changed rooms when we couldn’t tolerate the smell anymore. 2nd room still had a musty odour but more tolerable. Then we were awoken at 3am by maintenance to repair the AC that was working fine and we didn’t complain about. He insisted on entering the room while we were in bed, tinkered around and found nothing wrong and then left. We hardly slept and I would never stay there again at any price.

Cons: Walked in my room and it had a musty smell. Carpet was dirty. Shower was very odd - one day it worked fine, then the next night there was little water pressure. One day I walked in bathroom and an earwig walked out from under the sink. I didn’t use shuttle or eat breakfast so can’t comment on those. If you’re not planning to spend much time in the hotel, and just want something to sleep in. It’s great. I spent most of my time in Houston city about 20–30 minutes away, and parked my car for $20.

We love it my kids had a lot of fun . THE Whole place was very clean 👌

Cons: No hot water. The staff is very helpful in relocating us to the Sonesta hotel 3 miles away.

Exceptional

Very close to the airport, and the shuttle service is such a convenience to go back and forth. Easy check-in and check out and room service kept the room clean daily. Overall customer service was good and staff were helpful. Facilities could be updated a bit. There wasn't any bottled water in the room. The shower gel was never topped up, and the soap dispenser near the sink fell off the wall while there. Room should have drinking water available.

Breakfast was great

No hot water for the morning shower. The airport shuttle bus did not drop me off at my correct terminal (Term) at 5am and the driver would not accommodate saying it is not the hotel policy to go there.
