MainStay Suites Houston NASA/Clear Lake

Good

No elevator blood on the matras old building Pool was dirty

Very good

Wasn't exactly the same as advertised on Expedia, but overall great service.

Stayed 3 nights, all staff were friendly, amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Upgrades needed but room was clean, gentleman came around to exchange dirty for clean towels each day which was great. Loved the fact it has a kitchen with all basic things needed, it was very convenient and much needed. Pool was clean the first day but second day had weird bubbles and globs of hair but they could not help that, many different people swim there I'm sure. Room did have a weird smell and then smell of smoke lingered but couldn't tell after adjusting to it. Toilet kept falling off the hinge which was a surprise but workable. Honestly, All in all, the price was good, staff was great, convenient location, good room and really decent quiet place to stay. Plan on booking here again in the very near future.

Location and convenience My room smelled damp and moldy. And the air never got real cold.

Place was very nice. In a good location. Elevator was broken but we got a ground floor room upon request because of mobility issues. Full size fridge, coffee maker, plates cups and utensils. Small counter stove and dishwasher. Room was very big and clean.

Until 8:45 pm 😡 that evening to let me know that the elevator at the hotel was broken. I had to find another hotel for that night. 😡😡😡

Ok for what I paid but they could invest in some bleach, updated beds, tvs, pillows.

Exceptional

Staff was nice and helpful, rooms were clean, but definitely looks like it needs an upgrade.

The property was very convenient for visiting Houston. The bed was comfortable and thr kitchen useful. Will stay here again, recommended.

Like the 24 hour gym. For the cost it was great.

Everything was excellent the staff was super nice, its clean and the price is great

Liked the 24 hour gym. Place was clean and on the older side. No complaints for the price.

I arrived earlier than expected but luckily I was able to get an early check in so I could rest with my kids from the long drive. The staff was really friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and really spacious with all the amenities listed and more

Everything Nothing

Front desk was very accommodating for what we needed. Everyone was so nice, on the phone and in person. I couldn’t ask for a better location for my stay
