I didn’t like that we didn’t have a tv Becuase it seem some one who stayed before us either broke it and the staff never fixed it and when I asked for it to get fixed no one ever came but they was quick to to take my money

The room had a fresh remodel, so it was very clean and nice. Webster is generally a safe area, and there was nothing close to a negative issue. I highly recommend this hotel.

Was very nice, clean and safe. The hotel is currently going through a modernization of their guestrooms - mine was recently completed and very very nice.

I want to thank the staff at the counter for the fast and easy check in process. The other hotel that I reserved had an issue with the building the day I was checking in. So I had to find another one really quick. When I check in the lady at the counter was really friendly and got in my suite in less than 10 min. I appreciate her help

currently, this property needs a lot of tender loving care. i have always had confidence in Holiday Inn properties but not now. it will be ok once it is repaired

Even though they were under construction. The atmosphere and stuff was in point. I couldn't get room temperature to cool enough through out the night while sleeping.
