Very clean ,close to restaurants and great service

Property was convenient

Great location, clean hotel, good size rooms, and finally a decent breakfast

The breakfast was just okay. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't something we looked forward to each morning, and we felt it could be improved. The housekeeping staff were wonderful, very kind, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. Some of the receptionists were also welcoming and helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, our experience at checkout was disappointing. When we asked about the possibility of a late checkout, the tall, thin receptionist working that day was very cold and came across as rude. The way the request was handled left a negative final impression. Overall, the staff were a mix of excellent and disappointing, and I hope the front desk provides more consistent customer service in the future.

Staff was amazing. Room was good....bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. I would stay here again though.

The hotel was beautiful and smelled nice. The carpet was dirty and left my feet tacky and unclean. The sink and shower didn’t drain the entire time we were there. The bed and pillows were not comfortable and left me with a sore neck. Would not stay again, especially for the cost.

There were worn out sheets and pillows on our bed. The curtains had stains on them. There was hair in our shower and the floor of the bathroom. Behind the bathroom door appeared to not have been cleaned. There was high level of dust on the nook area of the bedside table where the cords are. The cords on the floor had high level of dust. The note pad appeared to be wet at some point then allowed to dry and placed back on the bedside table. There was not any body wash. It was two shampoos and one conditioner available.

Exceptional

The decore was great. It was graduation weekend and prices were high everywhere Some staff members were not as enthusiastic about bringing towels or helping with the overflow of trash. One statement was their shift has not started. I needed a plunger for the toilet. I called there was a wait.....I went downstairs saw the plunger waited a few minutes for staff - no one came to the front. So I took the plunger to my room quickly solve the problem. I took it downstairs and still no staff up front. I don't think management was prepared for the amount of people that was present.

Superb

The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The nearest shops were probably not easily walkable, not really a factor for us. One complaint we had was that we had reserved an accessible bathroom based upon a picture on the website. What we ended up with was a tub with one vertical safety bar at the entrance. We also needed at least a horizontal bar across the back of the tub. We stuck with the room only because it was so quiet and otherwise OK.
