Front desk seemed distracted and inexperienced. When asked for assistance to regulate the thermostat and tv the front desk clerk said she would be right up. She never showed. A continental breakfast should be included in the price of the room. Paying over $4 for a single bagel is ridiculous.one bright spot was the waitress who was very helpful when ordering a hot breakfast because I am visually impaired. The cooling system was so noisy it kept me up for most of the night. Another positive was the comfort of the bed and water pressure in the shower. The outdoor pool was clean but there is no accessible bathroom.

La verdad que el ascensor no trabaja de forma independiente la recepcionista tiene que dejar de atender a clientes para activar un botón interno para que el elevador llegue hasta el first level, y siempre hay línea para subir al elevador por las demoras de la atención del recepcionista. Por otro lado el hotel cuenta con dos elevadores y funciona solo uno y el otro está apagado, solo pienso que eso debería corregirse para dar una mejor atención e independencia a los huéspedes. La comida estuvo bien y la piscina del lado exterior también.

Everything was fine

This hotel wasn’t a typical Hilton. I always stay in Hilton Garden Inn hotels and this one was not it, very disappointed with the lack of resturant and bar/ lounge and also the buffet breakfast. This hotel didn’t have a sit down restaurant just a grill in back where someone cooks your order. The bar from what I could see only had wine and beer, no mixed drinks/ liquor. The lobby area was lighted and sunny not cozy and welcoming and some place you can just chill out and enjoy drinks. Very disappointed with this Hilton hotel. This was a first for me. Unbelievable that it was Hilton garden inn. Won’t ever stay again

Location Multiple issues. Elevators nit working properly, sewer smell, rooms not ready at check in time. Etc.

Inexperienced check in person along with the elevator button being out. Also, there was a hair in the shower.

The room was spotless!

Check-in and check-out were smooth. I was confused about breakfast; staff made it sound like it was included but that was not the case. Property was clean, both the room and shared spaces. There was a sign to notify staff for elevator use going up. They were always present and timely about opening the elevator doors.

Breakfast experience was horrible. One of the employee was out of control and started shouting to the customers. There was lot of confusion, luckily other employees jumped in and tried to control the situation. But needs lot of improvement to give positive and best experience to the customers.

Elevator call button was broken and a bell had to be rung everytime we needed to go up to our room for staff to run and push some “secret” call button. We were told it’s been weeks, if not months, like this. I was there for business and the computer and printer were gone/broken. It did not list this when I booked and I was told by staff it has not worked in over a year of their employment there. Ridiculous! I had to drive around town to print work documents I needed. The trash outside the entrance was overflowing all over the ground. I would not stay here again. Plenty of better maintained hotels right down the road.

Disappointing

Loved the stayed, family with kids only there for the night, very clean hotel and rooms. LOVED the breakfast, not free but very reasonsbly priced. Loved the bar not many hotels have bars anymore.
