Hampton Inn & Suites Houston/Clear Lake-Nasa Area

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided was good. The pool was out of commission, which was disappointing, but things happen.

Check in July 30th Levi informed me HVAC was out in our room which was 4 of the size I reserved. Had 2 queen beds sofa bed with full kitchen and paid 60 day advance for price. Next morning informed Emily room too small very helpful gave us adjoining room next door very excited just needed to be cleaned . We went out for day upon returning asked Levi for room he talk with Emily and they had not communicated about it was so disappointed. So they gave us a room 6 doors down really took it but very inconvenient. They were very nice but very unorganized. Breakfast ladies awesome nice very helpful and friendly all 3 mornings that started my family day beautifully. Everything else about our stay was GREAT 👍👍. Just room mishap.

This is a great hotel. Close to everything. The staff were excellent, very caring and helpful. I would stay here again. The suite was just the right size for my family of 5.

They need benches out side for the smokers.

We arrived at 3:15 pm for 3 pm check-in. Girl at desk informed me the room would not be available for another 25-30 mins and would send a text message when room was ready. After 40 mins. we went to desk, and no one was there. After waiting about 5 minutes the same girl came back to the check-in desk. I asked if the room was available and she said yes. I asked her why I didn't receive a text, all she could do was say she was too busy. After entering the room, there were a few towels and no hand towels, only 1 roll of toilet paper and no shower gel.

Great place

Our fire alarm was going off in our room from midnight to 3 AM. The front desk guy came in and replaced the batteries, but it didn't help. My husband stayed up until 3am hitting the "reset" button because the front desk said there's nothing more they could do and maintenance wouldn't be in until 9am. We were going to ask to change rooms, but they stopped answering at the front desk; we tried calling 5 more times with no answer. We finally just unplugged it from the wall, which of course put us at risk if there really was a fire, but the hotel couldn't care less for our safety or that the alarm continued to go off with us and our children trying to sleep. We've used this hotel a few times when we visit family in the area, but it will be one we avoid going forward.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and never had an issue that wasn’t fixed promptly. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean and quiet.

I didn’t like finding hair when I pulled my sheets off. But everything else was nice and clean

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We were there for a week and breakfast was different everyday! Loretta, who prepared and set up the breakfast, was the sweetest person. It was a pleasure starting out our morning each day with her!

Clean with a new renovation feel to the property. Great location for dining and seeing the sites around this part of the Houston area.

There was no shower gel, nor conditioner in our room. When we dialed the front desk, she said she had 2 bars of soaps we could take. Why put us in a room that doesn’t have that and why no just send someone to refill. So inconvenient.

Very clean and spacious. The counter representative was nice and very polite. The King size room was extremely spacious and highly clean. I highly recommend this location

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower. Checkout. Front desk person was also cleaning up breakfast area and couldn’t see folks ready to check out.
