😟 was no clean, smells bad

So, you know how you walk into some hotels and it is muggy or stuffy, this one was just right, the lobby and halls were clean, room was clean and cool. Comfortable beds and very spacious. Restroom was spacious with Dove shampoo and body wash for convenience which came in handy because I was going to pick some up from the store but didn't need to. The black out blinds were updated and worked great. Staff was super amazing, helpful and professional. There are a good amount of towels, hand towels and wash clothes which we were thankful for because some places only place two towels and two wash clothes in the rr. The location is good, and parking is also. I left before breakfast so didn't stay long but this will be the place I book from now on when I'm in the area, my go to hotel!

Great place, reasonably priced. Very clean property. Vanetta was awesome when I checked in.

Tv didn’t work but manager fixed it quickly but the the remote wouldn’t turn the tv off I just wanted to eat my food and watch the news. Then no hot water to take a shower with in the morning.

The lady when we first checked in that afternoon was great but the gentleman who worked the evening shift was super rude and I feel like every time we stay here the property cleanliness keeps going down and down, and there’s always a odor in our room

The room I stayed in was very dirty with noticeable dirt on the bathroom floor as well as hair in the floor, I would never stay there again. Desk clerk sat in the lobby on his phone. I didn't see anyone else around.

Staff was nice and it was cool that they offered breakfast. Would have liked to see more diversity with their breakfast options which I think is important for people who are staying there for more than a few days. My other issue was the smell in my room - particularly the bathroom. There was a exhaust vent on the floor that I think was where the bad odor was coming from.

What makes this independently-owned property stands out more are the owners/operators and their staff, who consistently delivers great, helpful, quality, and friendly services! The room we initally requested during reservation was unfortunately unavailable due to another guest deciding to extend their stay, no big deal. The operators apologized for the unavailability, and got us into another room. Ufortunately, that room had a soaked carpet near the A/C unit due to what looks to be an unreported leak. I informed the front desk, and the operator quickly took care of us, changed our rooms immediately, and went straight to checking and cleaning the other room. This is a group that definitely takes pride in taking care of their property and cares for their guests, and you can tell. I'm all for supporting the independent operators if I can, and as long as this group is there, I will always recommend this place, and stay here for our random staycations. Thanks again!

It was ok stay but disappointed because TV didn't work glass was broken in parking lot but for more it was ok.just a little unhappy and hot tub was broken.

Place was very clean and beds felt like fluffy clouds. Black out shades were super cool and the air conditioning was amazing.

The room smelled really bad like old sewer , the tv remote did not work so there was nothing to watch on tv because it stayed on a blue screen. The hallways smell bad as well. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great too and the housekeeping staff was very good at changing our towels daily. My only complaint was the awful smell in the room and the hallways .. other than that it wasn’t too bad but it wasn’t the greatest either.

It was clean but the tv remote did not work lol and it smelled like mildew or paint. Not to mention the AC was poor and not effective.

Owner of the property was rude

As soon as I opened the room to my hotel there was an awful smell like wet/ humid. Beds looked like someone had slept there and they just made the bed without washing the sheets. The restroom looked super dirty. Despite all the bad reviews I seen on google, I still decided to give them a chance and it was disappointing. I won’t be returning and I hope no one else takes the chance like I did.

I feel like the young lady was prejudice
