Scottish Inns Westcott Street

Everything was great. Check in is easy, parking is easy, the location makes it terrific to travel, service excellent, rooms are decent . Everything was absolutely great.

It was 98 degrees outside that day. I got to my room and the air conditioning was not on. The room temperature was 80 degrees and the air conditioner did not work well. It took 3 hours before the room was at a comfortable temperature.

The set up and the area The staff trying to charge me for being early and after being told it wasn't legal or required to, they are making me leave 30 min before the app says I have to trying to again, charge me to wait for my uber

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were always eager to help and answer any concerns or questions I had quickly and kindly. I also liked the affordable rates compared to the area. There was plenty of parking and it was easy to check in and out. They had plenty of table space to eat. A second pillow would have been nice. I had my mother with me so we had to share and get one pillow each. The pillows are very soft so another one would have helped with my posture. Other than that, there isn't anything else I didn't like.

Staff was accommodating, rooms were cool .

Small hotel located near Memorial Park, right off IH 10. Staff was very friendly and informative. Room was clean.

Great mattress. There were 2chairs at a table and one at a desk. Great!!

Staff extremely rude and unprofessional.

There are 2 bars in walking distance. Parking lot is good and safe.

Unfortunately, an extremely inconsiderate individual felt the need to play loud music until 1am. I also think the pillows were made from cement.

Vending machine down. All else pretty good for inexpensive room

Nice little motel was not a bad stay , you get what you pay for

.everything was smooth , the staff was excellent, we arrived late she was ok when i called..she suggested a different room when we got there .only wished we had more towels

i got a room for 2 adults and then got a call about no visitors when there were only 2 adults in the room, left due to horrible service
