We stayed there for 3days Parking was great as we are handicapped, staff was polite and helpful we only had the continental breakfast one day and was sufficient.roughly 10 minutes with a hotel shuttle from hobby airport.the only issue was the room smelled very bad of mold and my son got very sick from it we bought some Lysol from H-E-B and sprayed the room and AC unit .if they get that in order the would be a prime hotel to stay at.

Hotels in a little outdated. You could smell the dampness or a moldy smell.

Even if you pay at Hotel Expedia here, they say you haven't received money at the hotel counter and are requesting a room charge and security deposit. Worst

I don't recommend this for anyone no matter the cheap price they offer, it's also my last time I will ever step near their door.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Friendly staff. Coffee and breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, with the exception of the woman working the front desk when we checked in on our first day, who was not very welcoming. The complimentary Breakfast is very limited, consisting mainly of cereal, milk, bagels, and coffee. Anything beyond that comes with an additional charge, so you’re probably better off grabbing breakfast at McDonald’s. My biggest complaint was the bed. I recommend bringing your own pillow because the hotel pillows were not comfortable. More importantly, the mattress desperately needs to be replaced. It was the WORST three nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time.

breakfast was really good, was self service very simple items on offer but was more than enough to meet our requirements, could use a little more attention by staff to keep things topped up. hotel location was super convenient next to airport and you couldnt hear the planes flying over at all when in the room. Room size was very generous. we were travelling with kids and on a hot day, would've been ideal for the hotel to have a pool. pricing on the room could've been slightly more competitive the complimentary shuttle bus could be better organised, on the day we flew out i rang 30mins prior as required and advised we had five people with luggage, when the bus arrived it was full with other passengers and only one person got on from our airport, luckily the turnaround to the airport and hotel was only 10mins and we didn't miss our flight but more traffic on the road could have changed the outcome.
