SpringHill Suites Houston Hobby Airport

The breakfast was superb!!!

Exceptional

Not a typical SpringHill hotel a lil outdated and ghetto but only had to stay for a layover flight

I don't know how this hotel is allowed to use the name Marriott because it is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. Horrible smell and very dirty hotel. We asked for more than 3 towels since we had 6 people in our group. We were told they didn't have anymore towels. They literally are in the business of towels and they don't have enough. We would never stay here again.

Conveniently located by the hobby airport

Confused to how to get to it as it’s behind a Mexican Restaurant. The parking lot was very broken and had potholes. Multiple doors around the perimeter did not work with keycard. So if you parked on the side or back you would have to walk all the way to the front to get in.

Superb

a few of my towels had stains on them, the bathroom was way too small, and the bathroom flush handle broke off 2 days into the stay.

Service was so amazing I had to come back another night!

Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was just what was needed.

The fact that the pool had mold and closed next day the whole day for maintenance.

Superb

Clean great breakfast fast shuttles

We stayed one night at Springhill Suites by Hobby Airport since we had a morning flight the next day. Free parking and breakfast was included. Bed was comfortable and was good for our short stay.

The smelled bad. Like wet dog. The employee gave us fabreez to help with it. And when we asked for extra blankets for the pull out couch the lady said I could only have one there were 6 of us with 2 of us needing extra blankets and sheets. She was rude.

Everything was good
