I stayed with my four kids and the trundle bed was just perfect! I was so happy when I saw it in the pictures. My teens are too old to want to share a bed. I wish more hotels had them. The room was very clean and the beds were nice. The carpet and elevator are getting old, but the lobby was very nice and there was as lots of seating at breakfast. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING, if you are hoping for healthy options like me. There was spinach, ham and salsa to add to the eggs, sorts of healthy add ins to the oatmeal, and the regular stuff my kids like.

excellent clean room every day

The breakfast had a pretty wide variety and the room was pretty clean, it just smells like an old property covered in bleach floor cleaner. The cloth couch in our room was so dirty and gross. We refused to sit on it. It was 7 minutes from our car rental for the airport. I wouldn't stay again.

You can tell that this hotel is in need of a major upgrade as things are very old and worn appearing however, they were clean. Our check-in did get delayed by a few hours due to them changing to a new computer system. The beds were full instead of queen however they were comfortable.

Nice hotel , but location..
-
Room was nice however the shower curtain was cut short in one area which got the floor wet. And the bathroom was very small it was hard to turn around without hitting something
-
Expedia also failed to mention the required extra $20 a day deposit that I was charged when I checked in. I will not be going back.
-
Not the best one around, hallway no ac and kinda smell bad

Pre-paid for a king suite but was given a suite with two double beds. The person checking me in said she didn't know how to properly use their new check-in system and when she called someone for help, they told her to just give me a different type of room. The room itself was fine, but the toilet didn't flush at all.

Stay was fine
-
They had the pool closed since it was raining on and off. So our next visit will be to a place with an indoor pool. Their gym was good. Missing some weights but decent.

Pillows can be more bigger and fluffier overall wonderful stay

Showed up late due to late flight, was given a double rather than the King room I booked, tried to open the door and couldn't, went back to the front desk just for them to look at me like I was dumb and tell me to try again but to do a bunch of extra stuff to get the door open. A woman behind the counter said she'd do it and took my keycars from me and looked at me like I was an idiot and an inconvenience. She went up with me and struggled with the door for a while until she got it open. Is it normal for me to have to bodyslam my hotel room door to get in the room? The bathtub faucet is not attached to the wall and the sockets are burnt out and melted. Don't stay here. It's not like the pictures.

The staff were very excellent. I appreciate all the help that they gave us. Especially after we got into a car wreck needed to stay a little longer cause of my daughter being in the hospital. Rooms were very taken care of.

Decent hotel for the cost

Everything was nice besides the bathroom being small but that is it .

I wish it was closer to downtown Houston.
