Courtyard by Marriott Houston Hobby Airport

Staff was amazing . Room was perfect.

Room was clean. Pool needed to be cleaned out. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was minimal. Didn't use the bar. Hotel location is excellent. Minutes from airport, car rental and restaurants.

Clean room, A/C worked well, and bed was comfy.

Staff was outstanding. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and shuttle service at 3:30 am was outstanding.

When we arrived on a Friday evening, roofers were working nailing in shingles at 8:30p. It was noisy. The room is below average and not at Marriott standards. There was long strands of hair in the bathroom, on our towels and stuck to the ceiling of the bathroom. The bathroom door stuck in the doorframe and made noise when opening/closing it. The entire hotel room smelled unpleasant. I expected better at a Courtyard by Marriott.

Bed was comfy. Loved the room layout.

The hotel was in poor condition. The rooms smelled like mildew. Could use a lot of updates. Definitely not advertised correctly when comparing to the actual condition of the hotel.

Great staff and awesome shuttle service and staff!!!

There was no complimentary breakfast. The restaurant closed too early after breakfast. We did not have a car. But the shuttle took us to get donuts. Can't say enough good about the shuttle and the employees at the desk, as well as cleaning staff.

Shuttle was efficient and easy to find.

You couldn’t take a shower in the room that we stayed in. A repair guy “fixed it” but then stopped working again and had to finish my hair in the sink.
