Shuttle employees need to make sure they ask the airport name that guest is being picked up from to avoid having this issue. Also to have it post on the website because i read about the shuttle service and called to request it and i was not made aware of this.

Room was clean. Pool needed to be cleaned out. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was minimal. Didn't use the bar. Hotel location is excellent. Minutes from airport, car rental and restaurants.

Clean room, A/C worked well, and bed was comfy.

Staff was outstanding. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and shuttle service at 3:30 am was outstanding.

When we arrived on a Friday evening, roofers were working nailing in shingles at 8:30p. It was noisy. The room is below average and not at Marriott standards. There was long strands of hair in the bathroom, on our towels and stuck to the ceiling of the bathroom. The bathroom door stuck in the doorframe and made noise when opening/closing it. The entire hotel room smelled unpleasant. I expected better at a Courtyard by Marriott.

The hotel was in poor condition. The rooms smelled like mildew. Could use a lot of updates. Definitely not advertised correctly when comparing to the actual condition of the hotel.
