Houston Marriott South at Hobby Airport

Clean and the male working the front desk was very nice and helpful

Customer Service was Outstanding-Lonnie & The lady name starts with a “C” and she was Outstanding at the front desk. THANKS and I will be returning soon.

The check in times are misleading at 3:00 pm. The studio suites times differ. Our room wasn't ready to almost 6:00pm because of late check out. Staff was courteous.

Room was clean and comfortable. Did not use other amenities, we were only in for the night. But everyone we spoke to was helpful.

The property wasn’t too far from the hobby airport. The staff was nice during the day. Pool open 24 hours. They have a fitness area and breakfast/ room service. They also have airport shuttle which was nice

Clean location near the Hobby Airport and professional and pleasant staff. That is very important to the chain of Marriott Hotel's I will be back again.

Everything was fantastic. The people were great check-in was great checkout was great. The pool was fantastic. Our pool person. We just happen to have the same person every day. Her name was Angie. She was awesome.

We got in late and there was no one in the lobby. We looked for about 10 minutes. Finally got someone and she was very grumpy. To the extreme.

Great hotel. Had an issue with toilet but they immediately fixed without delay.

Our overall stay was superb, from checking in time, bkfast,cleaness, and customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

I find it odd that I was charged for parking to stay at the hotel.

Booked and paid for a roll in shower as I am disabled. When I got to the property they had given it to someone else. We had to move rooms and the guy who helped us wasn't very friendly l.

I like the location. The staff and security were friendly. The place was extremely quiet and clean. It was close to everything. I was quiet all day. I can and left several times each time it was quiet. It was spotless. It wasn’t any dead bugs or dusty anywhere. Bath room was clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job. They restored towels with me asking for it. I would love to bring my family here again.

I got to the hotel very late and I couldn’t find anyone to check me in. When I finally got to my room it was a little too warm but I assume that’s for cost savings, just took a while to cool down so I could sleep. The TV was stuck on the hotel channel so I couldn’t watch anything while waiting to sleep. When I woke up 3 hours later and took a shower the trim on the shower knob was loose.
