Springhill Suites Houston I-45 North

It wasn't horrible, they only had one entrance/exit, the parking lot has two, one entry/exit on each side so it COULD be easy to come and go wherever you park (but they choose not to), and they say they open the second entry/exit during business hours (literally stated on the gate) and that is a lie they don't ever open it at all, then they told us 6am breakfast mon-fri and for 2 days they followed that, in the middle of my stay on Wednesday they just decided to move it to 6:30am without notifying anyone and the front desk was rude about it when I asked. the silver lining is that at least the room was clean other than the sheets having some rips and tears in them.

The property was very clean and had a good variety for breakfast. The staff was not rude but not overly welcoming either. They didn’t seem to really enjoy their job.

Hotel was very clean, staff was great, rooms were great, beds were comfortable. Good accessible location off the highway. Only downfall is it is noisy off the highway and right under a flight path.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout
