The whole atmosphere was friendly, was very comfortable and quiet. Everything was fine. I had good parking at all times.

The parking lot should have been a sign to me. It looked like I was pulling up to a halfway house. And the inside wasn’t any better.

Property is pretty clean they don’t really have any extra amenities expect for a vending machine and a laundry room. The room I was in was ok did have a mildewy smell in which no one could pinpoint exactly was causing it and was told if I moved rooms it would probably be worse. Shower pressure was low and they exterminated so bugs did become more frequently but I was on the bottom floor but they did inform me which was still disgusting but wasn’t terrible. I didn’t like the frequency change of staff in which one set of staff provided services one way and then a sudden change and the other set of staff changed provided services which was a bit confusing and costly last minute. Overall stay was good no issues with guests they try and maintain property and its integrity

We were denied our check in due to my husband's criminal record and it was almost midnight when we got there. We had to sleep in our car and try to get enough money together to get another room we have never had a problem any where else. I feel like we were discriminated against and our rights were violated. I will never go back again

Good location great staff room was clean

No coffee pot in room, halls were hot,elevator was hot, not the best neighborhood other then that room was clean didn't use kitchen or laundry

Friendly and helpful staff. I had an issue with my room I notified staff at the front and they resolved the issue same day no problem or attitude!

Terrible. Front desk is always closed. Ghetto & dirty

So this trip the room was dirty and the stove top was dirty and all the cabinets had like old dust or mild from what looked like water damage or something. It 3 trips up and down to my floor until they finally gave me a key that worked and t he hotel was booked so I couldnt switch rooms. The staff was friendly but the room was not clean

Basically a homeless shelter didn't stay there too scared someone was gonna break into my vehicle
