Very clean and friendly!

Perfect stay to attend a concert at Toyota Center. Very dog friendly which made traveling so much easier.

i recommend this place - nice staff, easy check in, covered parking, nice rooms, and they even let you request late checkout or add another night via the tv in your room - have not seen that feature in a hotel before now.

The staff was so amazing. I had an early check in and late check out. They explained the process to me and really helped me out when I was in a pickle. This was truly some of the best service I have experienced x I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. Thank you to the entire staff!!! I was sad to leave haha

Great hotel friendly staff

I won’t take 1 star off my rating but they should fix the parking garage issue when checking out. The hotel key, I was told, won’t work anymore on the day of my checkout. The front desk person told me to just call for assistance when I’m at the exit gate and they would open the gate for me. I had to patiently wait and the person behind me too, because they didn’t answer immediately when I tried to leave the garage. Happy with everything else otherwise.

Everything was great!

It was a great hotel and my room was nice with a kitchenette. The only concern the noise from the freeway next to the hotel at night.

The hotel was very nice and clean this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I was extremely happy with the Staff customer service they were very pleasant. The breakfast was a plus it’s served 7 days a week during your stay. When I seen Grits and bacon they had me sold. I love everything about the hotel. The room was beautiful with walk in shower was amazing. The kitchen was beautiful well equipped with basic kitchen utensils. The only problem no stove but their was a hot plate no sure if it worked I did not use it, but there is a microwave with full refrigerator. The living room was nice with had a couch with pull out bed. The bedroom had 2 Queen size beds. I stayed in 1 bedroom Studio suite. There was big television in the bedroom and one in the living which was a plus for me .The hotel also has a full kitchen that cook different meals that you like you can order and have it sent to your room yes you have to pay for your meal. There is also a bar in the lobby ,that has a happy hour. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was awesome, so was the room and staff. My only complaint is the tv had very limited channels.
