The attendants were kind. It was close to a lot of major stores & restaurants. The linen and the towels were visibly dirty. Even when we requested new linen & towels, the man was very kind and polite, but those were still dirty as well. We ended up buying our own set of sheets and towels.

Need a few more snacks or items in general for breakfast!

The hotel was very nice and clean, room service was done daily. Breakfast served from 6:30am to 9:30am. Hotel price was great for my family. Overall i rate Nothing to say i didn't like.

It had roaches and two holes in the ceiling filled with tissue paper

The location is very accessible and the room was clean. It was meant to be a non-smoking room, but the walkway and the room I stayed in reeked of cigarette smoke. It wasn't a comfortable night cos the smell lingered all through the morning despite the disinfectant spray I used . Also, the towels seem to have seen better days and need to be replaced

Great value overall! More toiletries would be a nice bonus.

Breakfast is pretty much non existent, which is why we went to waffle house.

Peter is attentive, professional, friendly, and helpful. I found out that he is not the manager. That surprised me. Because he manages the front desk well. Thank you, Peter. All the best to you. The towels did not smell good. The 2nd set of towels smelled clean.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. The staff was very rude they put us out due to us being displaced from hurricane Beryl. Not to mention in the middle of the night with our kids and our stuff. With nowhere to go safe with our kids. Yes,we were struggling with paying for the room but we made sure it was getting paid and they still put us out. Harassed us every single second,minute on the hour! Then called the police on me and my family three times!! I would never recommend no one stay to stay at this hotel or any other hotels they might own. They have horrible costumer service and they don't believe in making sure that their costumers are satisfied. I'm hurt and upset that they put me and my husband with our kids. Then after they put us out,the manager came to the property and started harassing us talking down to us about us not having nowhere to go and casting judgement on us because we were displaced and turned around and called the police on us AGAIN! The whole experience was horrible,embarrassing and it hurts our kids feelings that we were being treated that way for nothing. I pray no one else gets treated like that. EVER.

i dont like it … The air conditioner is noisy, I can't sleep at night... there are cockroaches in the room... I will never come back.

They Do Not Serve Breakfast As Ut States On Your Site And Their Site And The Front Desk Person Wanted To Charge Me An Extra 50 Dollars For A Deposit. The People In Room 109 & 110 Were Arguing All Night

It has a small fridge and a microwave which comes very handy if you travel with kids People gathered in parking area outside didn’t give good vibe
