The rooms were very modern compared to others in this price range Very noisy, little to no type of snack/drink vending machines or anything

The worse hotel ever. Nothing to do with the pictures. I felt unsafe and I decided to move to a different hotel.

The picture of this hotel in expidia is not the same is completely diferent and durty agly hotel

The stay was horrible the refrigerator was rustes and there were roaches and spiders in the room. The room had a horrible mildew smell

The room smelled like a dirty ashtray. When I pulled back the sheets, you could feel the oil buildup on the fabric. I don't believe that they had been washed in months. The AC unit was very noisy and rattled, so you couldn't sleep. The staff was not friendly. No water in the rooms, you could get a cup of water from the main office only, out of a water container. No breakfast options were available. No receipt was available at check out.

We booked this hotel when our flight was cancelled and it was the closest one available to the airport. When we arrived and checked in I quickly realized why it was still available when so many others could not find a room anywhere. We were thankful to find a room to sleep for a few hours before heading back to the airport but the room was terrible. When we checked in the lady at the front desk specifically asked if we wanted a non smoking room and we said yes, however when we walked into the room it was a strong smoke smell which ended up making it difficult to sleep and made my eyes water. The sheets were stained, the sink faucet was not attached to the counter top and needed to be held down in order to turn on the faucet, and the toilet seat wasn’t completely attached to the toilet. We knew options were limited given the weather conditions and so many flight cancellations so we did our best to minimally touch or use anything. I will say that the heater worked amazing so the room was cozy which was a positive given the freezing weather.

Dirty towels, dirty doors, dirty floors, not clean toilets.

They will not alert you if they DO NOT have ur reservation after making it till you arrive, smh... leaving you to look else where& it was for the better. WARNING BEFORE DESTRUCTION...WE TOOK HEED.

The grounds and buildings were a little run down. The door to my room didn't operate properly. It had to be slammed in order to close it and the key card wouldn't work half of the time.

The outside was a bit scary I have to say. It's right on the freeway & just not very clean/updated on the outside. The palm trees in the picture aren't there which I think is giving it a good look for sales. The room was clean and in good shape.

The property did not meet any of my exceptions- I have allergies and made it worst Be more specifics on the details for selections
