The bar and the hospitality was amazing

The person who checked us in was wonderful. The next morning we went to the cafe to get something little to eat and drinks. We waited for a bit. Then someone came from the desk because there were several people waiting. We ordered a chai latte a lemon cake bread a muffin and a Diet Coke. The lady at the counter told us they were out of the lemon cake bread and so we got some toast. She just said what kind and we said white. The lady had us pay then turned around without giving a receipt and walked away. Another person came out and asked if we were helped. The First Lady came back with our items except the chai latte. We asked where it was and she said you didn’t order one then started to walk away. We said yes we did and she just looked and walked away. Very rude and nasty. Other than that the room was clean but the shower supplies were not stocked.

The property was clean and it was peaceful. The staff was professional and patient and all of my needs were met during my stay. It would have been nice to have a swimming pool. However, the gym made up for not having a pool.

Staff was friendly

Meticulously clean and quiet. Love this property.

For a 10 day stay while visiting family and friends, it was perfect.

Safe location. Great area. Lots to do!

Checked in, dropped bags & left. Upon returning later tjat night, noticed shower had black mold & public hairs. Advised front desk, hotel sold out, nothing they could do. Asked the front desk in the am, again no help. Chatted online with Marriott, again no help since we booked thru a 3rd party. Worst hotel stay at Marriott, extremely disappointing. I have photos.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. Usually Courtyards are good, but this one left a lot to be desired. The property was old and not well taken care of. The AC unit was poor (and it was 98 degrees outside) so the room was always humid. The wifi didn't work well...and when Ia asked about moving to a room that had a better signal, I was told no and given a phone number to call. This was disappointing because I had a lot of work to do. Unfortunately, I think this is a stayaway.

Very good
-
Only negate is breakfast is not included.

The staffing was very nice and customer service was great. There was a Mid confusion with booking in person but they fixed it right away and I didn’t have any problems. I didn’t have any dislikes

There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. The A/C was off, the room was stuffy. It was loud when turned on and it took almost the entire stay to get the room temperature decent. The A/C stayed loud for the whole visit. Balcony had no chairs unlike other rooms so was useless. It really could have been better. Best thing about the room was the size of the shower.

Convenient location Room was underwhelming for a Marriott property. Room cleaned every other day. Nothing exceptional about the hotel. Old and cramped.

Very clean and accommodating. Very nice staff, comfortable bed too !

Didn’t eat breakfast… The location was good. The hallways smelled when we walked to our room. The decor was outdated. The staff that checked us in asked if we “were parking at the hotel” and when I replied “yes”, he said there was a $5 charge. He never asked for my car make/model/license plate. Was it a scam?

Passable

The staff was wonderful but so overburdened. The Marriott CEO’s aim to cut corners is woefully apparent and made the stay more challenging because they were so understaffed. Truly, the personnel were kind and accommodating, especially those at the front desk. They were literally checking people in, answering phones, making coffee, and taking bar orders simultaneously and somehow with a smile! Unfortunately the financial decisions of higher ups have reflected negatively on the entire Marriott experience. For example, our phone did not work nor did our other family members’- that is not the responsibility of one staff member at any given time. The pull out bed was a JOKE- sure, something pulled out but it was hard as a rock and covered in a weird leatherette material that had us sliding around like we had rubber sheets. Part of a larger issue of everything really feeling cheap. Really strange layout to the hotel as well. Please take better care of this wonderful staff!
