The heat in the room did not work. It was 61 degrees in the room. A total meat locker!

The shower head was coming out of the wall. The air conditioner vent blew out.

Definitely don’t boom if you want a decent pool and the hot tub is out of order and looks like it has been for quite some time. The setup overall is decent but the tub was gross a long with a few other things that definitely need some work. We asked for extra pillows and blankets waited hours tried calling down to the front desk and all we got was a busy signal so we had to go back down and ask again finally got them about 4 hours after we originally asked. Breakfast has a decent variety and the food is ok

The rooms were clean as was the entire property. She mine was always working, checking on things, etc. very impressive. Breakfast was dynamite! Big area to chat with friends and family. Loved it!

The location was key to our stay. The only down side was the bathroom. It was really tiny.

Very clean and quiet. Though very crowded, I didn’t hear any outside noise from my room. Elevator ms were kind of a long wait, but acceptable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the hotel was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding—there was a huge variety of fresh, delicious food, and everyone in our family found something they loved. This hotel made our family trip truly enjoyable. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would definitely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children!
