Sadly, we have stayed here twice. Pool was closed for some reason no one could explain the first time. This time, the elevator was out. We were on the top floor. Waited 20 minutes for the one very slow working elevator. Dated hotel that could use some real maintenance and renovation.

The place was very clean ! The gym is up to date with dumbells , cable system and cardio machines . The front desk folks weren't un friendly, they just weren't friendly as others in the past . Maybe the girl checking us in was tired and had a long day ? Wasn't rude , just not overly friendly or helpful .

This was by far the cleanest and nicest hotel room our family has stayed in. We booked through Expedia and asked for an accessible suite. The staff at the hotel was very kind, helpful, and attentive to our requests. When we arrived to the hotel around 9pm, the bathroom lacked a shower chair. I asked them for one and it was delivered In a timely manner. Everything about our short stay was perfect.

Spacious room Reception person (a guy) at the front desk really not welcoming.

Very good

Place was clean and the bed very comfortable; slept very well. Wasn’t expecting a room with kitchenette, and the layout, while large was somewhat awkward. Noted the sofa/ chaise was very low making it difficult for older people with knee issues to get to their feet; same for the bath toilet being less than chair height. Some furniture was showing age and surface damage and the sofa/chaise was looking tired. The drain stopper in the bath sink was functional only by manually pulling up or pushing down with one’s hand; it was not connected to the control on the faucet. The breakfast was quite good, but the layout of the dining room and self-serve area was not very functional. Tables in the dining room did not provide for easy access as they were too closely packed and blocked access to serving area and coffee bar. Not likely to stay there again if other options are available. Front desk staff were slow, disengaged and seemed somewhat confused with their technology screen.

I love the hotel not my first stay..The kitchen and the breakfast was awesome The Staff is very unfriendly and some are rude as hell I will not stay again cause I don’t do rude I love the Redidence Inn but being treated rudely when I’m trynna explain what happened my granddaughter came on her menstrual cycle for the first time and she didn’t know I tried to get house keeping and didn’t see them for two days and no one never came for trash or anything I had to go and buy rags and towels. And sheets it was horrible then they tried to charge me for the blood and carpet I asked for a vacuum cleaner

The property had breakfast, a laundry room and a gym. Only one elevator was working instead of both and it moved slowly. Also some of the washers and dryers were out of service.
-
All the staff were very personable and courteous. Very convenient to the Light Rail and plenty of options to eat close bye.

Everything was excellent from start to finish of our stay. Staff was always greeting us when we walked in or out. Breakfast was a wide selection to choose from. Very clean throughout the entire building. The only negative thing I can say is that one elevator was not working for six floors so you did have to wait for the only elevator.

I travel quite often to this part of the country and I have now made this hotel my go to hotel. It has been here for a long time and its age is showing but having the in room kitchen more than makes up for the lack of some of the modern features which are missing.

Superb

Breakfast was great and pool was good There was no hot tub and they advertised as having one. False advertising. The front desk person was rude and had a long line but was on the phone in a back room. No one manning desk at all

We liked the entire experience from the time we checked in through checkout. All staff members were polite and friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was unbelievable so enjoyable as well as the staff that were in charge of providing your breakfast they were on top of everything. The ruins were so comfortable and clean. The location was easy to get to and the surrounding areas were easy to travel. NA

When we checked in for a wedding, the front desk had no idea about the shuttle to the venue, even though one was being provided. Our room needed a redo: insufficient lighting, marred furniture and a huge wet spot in the closet area made the room feel dated and not especially clean. The TV remote was missing and there was no bedding for the sofa bed; replacements were provided after we called. There was no literature in the room listing amenities, breakfast times, etc. The mattress had two major "gullies" that sank the moment you got into bed. Clearly it had not been changed in a very long time. And in the middle of the night, the toilet started running intermittently. Yikes. Overall, a disappointment and well below the typical quality one finds at a Marriott hotel.

Nice budget friendly hotel. Room was spacious and clean. I like that it had a kitchenette

Desk staff was friendly and responded promptly to our requests. Location was very good with easy access to major highways and to wide selection of restaurants and stores. Our room at the back of the hotel was very quiet. Free breakfast was better than average. Bathrooms are out dated. We had to ask for more toilet paper and body wash in the shower (which we never received). Our stay was for 3 nights. We never had any housekeeping show up during the entire stay. An extra charge was put on our credit card when we checked in. We were told that the extra charge would be credited back to our credit card in a couple of days. It has been a week and we have not yet received that credit.
