The facilities are old and very musty. The fitness center was not air conditioned.

Room was clean. Air worked but seemed humid. No air in the bathroom, the vent blew hot air. When I mentioned it to the staff I was told the vent was just a vent. Don’t know what that was supposed to mean. Will not stay again. Not for professionals.

Thankfully, the rooms were its only redeeming quality. The rest of the hotel has been rode hard and there were some altercations with some guests while I was checking in and bringing up my belongings. Didn't feel very safe either. And this is a great location, so not sure what the deal is. Hotel needs a good cleaning and an update.

Do not take your children there it is not family friendly. Children are not allowed to be children even at 11 AM would not recommend.

The room was clean and the shower amazing! Probably one of the cleanest hotel showers I've been in with a curtain that stayed closed and a working showerhead (no streams going in multiple directions). Overall, a good stay.

The place is old and needs general maintenance. However, large, Clean room except rug had many stains. Breakfast was the same daily, very good and hot. Staff were welcoming. Air condition loud but got use to it the second night. Location was great. Fast commute to north Charlotte areas. Shops in walking distance.

The front was nice but you could tell she was overwhelmed. The pool was small but nice. The surrounding area could use some work. Old chair and tables at the pool. Out key never worked at the pool door. I tried changing it out with no luck at front desk. The room carpet was dirty and our room had an ant problem. The breakfast was mideovure. This hotel is def rated correct as a 2 maybe 2.5. The ice machine is disgusting. We will not be staying here again. ONCE IS ENOUGH! OH they ran out of extra pillows but bed was comfortable.

That meant that they were not fixing the A/C but expecting me to run between two rooms one for sleeping and one for the rest of my needs. This was unsatisfactory to me. I will not stay there again

I love this hotel! The Hispanic man at the front desk is the best! Super professional and accommodating.

Rooms were modern and clean.

The room was clean and comfortable, however it was a little humid inside. The location was close to shopping and where we needed to be for a special event.

I booked a confirmed Expedia reservation over a month in advance. After traveling into town, I was told my reservation had been canceled because my credit card was "invalid." That was false. My card was valid, and Expedia still showed my reservation as confirmed because the hotel had never properly notified Expedia or me of any cancellation. When I questioned the obvious inconsistencies, General Manager Rohan Patel claimed he had sent me a message through Expedia. I opened the app in front of him and proved no such message existed. Instead of explaining himself, he became hostile, threatened to call the police, and ordered me off the property simply because I challenged his story. I quickly learned I wasn't the only guest. Several people with advance reservations were turned away the same day. With the Chris Brown and Usher concert driving room prices much higher, it certainly appeared that lower-priced reservations were discarded so rooms could be resold at premium rates. A hotel is only as good as its integrity. If management can cancel confirmed reservations, offer excuses that don't withstand basic scrutiny, and then intimidate guests who ask legitimate questions, your confirmation means absolutely nothing. I would never trust this hotel again and strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

The hallways smelled like dog poop. There are signs everywhere that say no pets and there was a dog barking in the room across from ours. Our room smelled like mildew and the carpet was severely stained in multiple places. There was mold growing in the air-conditioning vent and all of the furniture was stained. I do not recommend staying here.

The toilet was clogged and so was the sink so we could not use it. There were stains and hair all over the towels and sheets. There was pubic hair all over the toilet seat. ABSOLUTELY REPULSED. This place is unsafe and unsanitary. Unsure how it is open. Pls only stay here if you absolutely had to like we did since no other hotel was available in the city. I will be reporting this place and getting myself a tetanus shot.

My bed comforter had blood stains on it, pink stains on it, and they still made up the bed and sold that room to me. Horrible disgusting foul thing to do..
