Four Points by Sheraton Charlotte - Lake Norman

Also it is a pet friendly hotel. We went to breakfast one morning and there was a lady in there with a dog. She touched the dog to pick it up and then proceeded to touch the shared serving utensils used for the food items. We decided to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Bed was hard as a rock, sheets were dirty, 1 sheet given, no comforter, one towel and wash cloth, no trash bags in the trash cans, room was musty and moldy smellsing

Decent breakfast.

Blubs in the room need changing , lighting was not adequate for reading or dressing up ..or shaving . Carpets were musty .. rub down appearance in the lobby

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. They were helpful with directions and locations of places to check out. It was nice and quiet . We had left a pair of prescription glasses and a T shirt they emailed us early and I was able to connect with Ryan and make arrangement to have it sent to me. So special Thank you to John who emailed me and to Ryan for being so helpful! We will make sure when we travel back to North Carolina to book a room at the Four Points. The breakfast was delicious!!

The staff was kind to allow us a late check out.

Great location

Hotel didnt look the same as the pictures. It was very dirty. There was a dirty sock in our room and the bathroom walls werent clean at all. Someone had wiped feces on the wall.. Wouldn't stay here, find somewhere better to stay.

It was overall nice stay

I never stayed here. I cancelled the reservation and booked a Quality Inn closer to CLT. Your ads are misleading - this hotel is at least 20 miles away from the airport. I booked another because it was closer.

Property was located near route 95 and restaurants but rooms smelled musty like ac units had not been cleaned in some time or ever . Otherwise ok location for one night

Process of booking was easy and overall good hotel and close to restaurants. Clean pool and the air freshener used within the hotel smelled amazing! Our room was a bit smaller than it looked online and the advertisement of the breakfast buffet was a bit deceiving as it’s a general continental breakfast.

The rooms were clean. The staff was pleasant. However, the main elevator wasn’t working, the ice machine wasn’t working, and the guest laundry wasn’t working. Other than that, all was good

Not worth the dollars

During my recent visit for a tennis tournament, I found this hotel to be exceptionally convenient. My only reservation concerned the breakfast offering, which I felt did not justify its cost given the quality. Otherwise, my stay was very pleasant.

This hotel is very well kept. The room we were in was clean and the bed is very comfortable. I was also impressed that they have hand wash in the bathroom because I usually have to pack my own. Over all, I strongly recommend this hotel if you're stopping in the area.
