Again, helpful staff. Spectacularly kept pool that was handicapped accessible.

They have an absolutely well taken care of pool and in the back of the property there is a nice pavilion with grills that I assume you may utilize there is coffee and tea 24 hours a day seven days a week in the lobby and there’s a decent breakfast to choose from in the mornings. They are very accommodating, polite, and helpful. They also have a small little snack and drink shop behind the desk where you may purchase drinks, such as Pepsi, Coke, etc., and candy bars, chips, and such. We came here with reservations. We made literally five minutes before because we had went to Bama and with reservations and they do not honor the price of anything. They just set their price for right that moment so they are quickly accommodated us here we chose to stay longer.

The breakfast included was nonexistent the rooms were outdated Blankets have burn holes in them in the non-smoking room the bathroom door was sketchy it only opened one way after you jiggle the door knob, front door lock was loose you had to play with the door just to be able to lock it. Was a group of us checking in and I was the only one that had to pay a deposit in an early check-in fee. Even after pre-booking and paying online we only stayed there due to it was a last resort type of options

Convenient and had rooms available. I liked the no carpet. Not sure the last time floors were mopped. Feet from shower to bed were black.

What I like about the property, it had a swimming pool. What I didn't like about it, we had to go to the store to buy supplies to clean the room because it was nasty and it stink... our tv didn't work, maintenance came and fix it.. later that evening tv went again was told someone would be out to fix it... nobody never came, we went back down to customer service got moved to 3 separate rooms at 1am on a totally different side , we had to pack everything and move, on our first night because of no tv and bugs in the room. Was told I was going to get a refund just have to wait and see if they refund me my money back. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to nobody.

Staff and property was very nice and clean Only con was housekeeping was rude when I asked for clean towels even though I brought my dirty ones down to them upon doing so.

Everything was amazing

The rooms and bedsheets were not clean enough. The breakfast timings were 9 am but they finished it at around 8:30 and closed the kitchen.

This is a good option if you are traveling through Huntsville, thank you.

I loved everything. The staff was amazing and the location was great. There wasn’t anything that I disliked about this stay.

Location and staff The water pipe leaked and they moved us to another room and the light fell off the ceiling and broke and I killed at least 4 cockroaches
