The staff were very friendly and even moved the check in time for me and a disabled friend of mine that I was pushing in a wheelchair on a super hot day in Alabama which all the other hotels would not do so the only hiccup was the alarm which stayed on for a hour one night.

Place was nice and clean and accommodating.

Most of the people that were staying there seem to be on the verge of homelessness. I could smell Marijuana in the hallways. Only one light switch worked. There were a fair amount of sketchy people hanging around outside. The bed was uncomfortable and no place to get ice.

It was so bad that I just booked a different hotel and lost my money on it.

The whole place is filthy. There was animal hair and grime in the corners everywhere. In the elevator, halls, rooms, i mean everywhere. The beds were thin and belonged in a prison. The final straw was a cockroach crawling across the floor. I had booked 2 days through hotels.com and wasn't able to get a refund. Do not stay here unless you have no other choice and cannot just sleep in your vehicle.

There were no rooms. I waited in line for nearly an hour before being told there were no rooms. I have yet to receive a refund for the charges.

The outside you have people food that is look good but the inside and the customer Service is a dump. You guys don’t even have enough towels to wash off with. No room service and the room wasn’t clean not one time I was there. I’m gonna report to bad business affairs. And asking for at least have of my money back
