It was so bad that I just booked a different hotel and lost my money on it.

The whole place is filthy. There was animal hair and grime in the corners everywhere. In the elevator, halls, rooms, i mean everywhere. The beds were thin and belonged in a prison. The final straw was a cockroach crawling across the floor. I had booked 2 days through hotels.com and wasn't able to get a refund. Do not stay here unless you have no other choice and cannot just sleep in your vehicle.

No rooms available because housekeeping didn't show up That I had to go somewhere else shatter reserving a room over a week ago

There were no rooms. I waited in line for nearly an hour before being told there were no rooms. I have yet to receive a refund for the charges.

The outside you have people food that is look good but the inside and the customer Service is a dump. You guys don’t even have enough towels to wash off with. No room service and the room wasn’t clean not one time I was there. I’m gonna report to bad business affairs. And asking for at least have of my money back

Good Afternoon. The Staff was very nice & Mr Ken was very exceptional , helpful, caring & concerned. House Keepers were wonderful as well. So is the young lady in the front office (Mgr)The only issue I have is the roaches , and my hood over the stove & you can't read the knobs. But other then that it's great here. And when towels had to be taking away bc it wasn't enough towels to go around for other guests .

I had to cancel this stay. no available rooms were actually extended stay, or clean. they're using bleach to mask the smell of a recent fire

I was left to pull over on the side of road to find another room. They obviously dont wont to honor their price that is quoted thru Booking.Com

The lady that checked me in was very nice and let me check in an hour early. That is the only positive thing I have to say. There was no desk staff after 9 pm. The window was closed and shuttered. The room looked and felt like a college dorn room in disrepair. There were no curtins on the 4th floor room I was given. The lights from the busy street shown in the window all night long. There was only one of two light fixtures working. The toilet was covered in dried paint, the seat was not the same size as the bowl, and the water in the toilet tank ran all the time. The furnishings in the room were in disrepair, like missing drawers. There was no closet, only a wire shelf mounted to the wall in the corner above the TV. There was no WIFI working. You had the choise of basic WIFI, (it did not work), or you had to pay at least $4.99 a day, for the next WIFI tier and there was a limit to only one devise. The front desk was closed when I went to check out at 8 am. I had to slip the card keys under the metal shudders over the window as I left.
