I left my key in my room paid for another found the one I left in the room asked for refund for the they one lost they wouldn't refund for the one key paid for

Sheet, pillow cases, and blanket were very stained. Bathroom floor tiles were so broken up that I cut my foot on one. Room smelled awful.

Really old building so fixtures are rickety and shower was nearly chest level. Toilet ran all night yet didnt flush when needed. Jiggle handle. Dingy towels hung in bathroom. People running place were nice though.

We didn’t even stay. They had no room for us. We couldn’t get a refund. Terrible.

There was a roach in bed I took it down stairs to change rooms or get my money back he looked at me dumb in the face and gave me a new room the next morning worst than the first room no mirror in the bathroom rust around the tub the knob barley hanging on the towels lord I don’t know if they washed them or not but ain’t no way they want ppl to dry off or anything else with those things nothing like the pictures Everything it was awlful

The room was clean The TV didn't work and it's 3 days later and I don't have have my deposit back yet

Manage was very rude I felt like he watching me on camera and all I did was work and not bother anyone he trying to saying had two people in my room when y'all my brother was doing was helping me bring my groceries in my room nothing more was talking he needed to see his id for that which I don't understand when he wasn't living here just helping me out

I enjoyed the location. The staff, privacy, and hotel were terrible.

Nothing They did not clean the room, left crumbs and food underneath the blankets from the last guest, they had roaches, the man at the front desk was rude and followed my mom out to her car.
