We have been to many Embassy Suites hotels around the country, this venue ranks second to the one in Phoenix which we visited in 2017...the newer Embassy Suites not the old one which is being put to pasture.

Not enough parking for hotel guests when the event rooms are being used. Breakfast was OK but not enough variety. A waffle maker would be nice. The cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I paid for a premium room & didn’t get it. I thought I’d be getting daily snacks and refreshments but instead I got 2 bottles of water and a bag of Cheetos at check in so I really should’ve just gotten the regular room and saved 300.00 there were a few things broken in our room upon arrival but besides that everyone was nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing especially the omelette station. Tiffany was such great help.
