Me gustaría que se mejorara la atención al elevador porque cuando hay muchos huéspedes eso hace que los elevadores funcionen pobremente

Overall, good hotel. Fourth time to book it while visiting Huntsville, Alabama.

Hotel was very fully booked with a convention, so breakfast lines began a half hour before opening. Lines stretched through the lobby, and there was no available seating. It was the same at happy hour - we skipped both that event and breakfast because of the crowds and no seating. One elevator was out of service, so wait times were long. The restaurant is the highlight of this property - dinner service was excellent and the food is great.

Very nice and clean room. Staff was excellent to deal with. Breakfast was the best, especially the omelettes. The bartender was wonderful and made the best ever whiskey sour. Will definitely stay here again the next time I go to Huntsville

Breakfast and Staff were good and the rooms were cleaned.

I am handicap but was not able to take a shower because there was no shower seat. The bathroom sink was stopped up and was not fixed till the next day. They finally moved us to a “supposed” full handicap bathroom but there still was no bath seat. They said they’d move us again but by that time our convention was over and I was so disappointed I just got in bed. The conference was our whole reason for going in the first place.😭

I like the inside swimming pool but it was so hot inside the pool area. I also like the breakfast! The pool area was like a sauna. I slept on the pull out couch and it was trash left behind the couch.

Great stay every year!

Very nice and comfortable and great view. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Will definitely stay again. Would have liked an outdoor pool. Prefer a tub shower combo.
-
Breakfast definitely made the stay better. Hairs in the bathtub. A room service menu in the room would have been nice (no QR code on the mirror either)

The remembrance of my parents and family visiting as children. The pillows were flat and there were dead roaches in my hotel window.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful. I drove about 6 hours to get there and I really wanted a cup of coffee when I arrived, but they did not have any available. I left after I got checked in and went to the event I came for. I arrived back at the hotel at 10 p.m. I wanted a glass of wine. The bar was supposed to close at 11 but it was already closed for some reason? The next morning I got an omlette that was over cooked. The breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about. Right before I left I decided to use the public bathroom off the lobby. I went in the first stall and was surprised to see the wall paper peeling and black mold growing behind it. Just a few observations that need correcting. It wasn't a bad stay. And the staff were very polite.

They didn't honor military discount as veteran or retiree only active duty. Wouldn't honor it after I showed them from they're own web site. First 2 days was through a booking agent was going for another day possibly two, but because of this military issue, I checked out and went to another hotel. I could understand no military discount all together, but not recognizing only active duty personnel. If personnel told incorrect information after providing the correct information you would think they would correct it, that wasn't case.

The room was clean and nice. The pool area was crowded and little dirty which was a down side. The staff was nice. Room service - food was good but they got my order wrong twice . I did enjoy my fresh omelette and the mixed drinks were good.
