Embassy Suites by Hilton Huntsville

The service changed the game. There was a lady at the front desk, I wish I’d gotten her name…. She was so kind! I had a an overnight stay, in town for a one night event at VBC… she was perfect.

Large, spacious suite with great housekeeping. Only small complaint is that there is only bottled water at $8.00/each in the room yet complimentary water was given at check-in to guests who requested same (which I only found out after seeing others receive well after we’d checked in). I expect higher costs in a hotel but not $8 water when it is typically complimentary. Service, staff and facilities were superb, however, and we would absolutely stay again!

The atmosphere inside the building was beautiful. The staff members were very polite and helpful. Even the cleaning lady who helped us find our room. The room itself was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. My only problem is there was hair in the tub. Not just one strand but several strands. As if a final walk through wasn’t done. And the toilet bowl was as clean. If some of them have too many brown spots they should consider replacing them. We only needed the room for one night so I didn’t make a big fuss. All in all I would stay there again.

We had a great stay! Rooms were spacious and breakfast beyond our expectations!

The hotel staff were amazing. They all went above and beyond to help. They were very nice and helpful about my pet. Changing our room so it was convenient to take him outside etc

Loved my short stay there

Very good.

The location was perfect ! Staff was amazing. very Clean home away from home !

Great

Staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. Breakfast was great.

The front desk workers were nice but room wasn’t ready and there was a long line for check-in with a lot of unhappy guests. We will never stay here again. Breakfast was awful/coffee gross/air conditioner sub par.

Exceptional

Let’s see. We had to call to get things fixed several times. We had no power for hours. We had to leave our room and walk down 8 flights of stairs. Just not a good experience and when I talked to someone at the front desk they were very rude. So

Breakfast was good It's all good

It was quiet and peaceful and relaxing had a great view

Great place excellent staff

Location was amazing. Very clean and quiet. Front desk staff during the day were very friendly. Parking was easy and using the room key to get in and out of parking lot was very convenient Front desk staff at night during check out was rude and dismissive.

Very nice place to stay.

The location, the amenities and size of the suite. The hotel was so close to many Huntsville attractions and wonderful food location. All was great!
