Homewood Suites by Hilton Huntsville - Downtown, AL

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT, THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, BED WAS NICE.

Stayed two nights…besides the hairs on the wall if my shower, the room was great. All the staff was nice, but one girl in particular was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get her name. Lots to do in the very cute area!

The breakfast was awesome! The selection of items offered was great. You could tell there was kitchen staff who cooked the food, and it was delicious. The breakfast staff was kind, courteous, and very helpful. The front desk could not resolve a billing issue with Booking.com on their end, and it took about 30 minutes to resolve it with the general manager. The Hilton only cleans rooms every other day, so our room was never cleaned during our two day stay. The front desk clerk did bring up extra towels.

No thsnks I don't write reviews

Exceptional

Daughter, lives in an apartment within 7 minutes walking distance of this hotel and our first experience was great and we have stayed here every time since including booking for other family members. As long as she is in Huntsville we will be staying here. Everyone and everything is always amazing. Public’s on other side of the parking garage is a nice plus. Staff is always cheerful and happy to help. My only caution to you is if you are a light sleeper ask for a room that is not on the main road. It gets a little loud depending on events downtown.

Convenience

Superb

I have nothing bad to say

The only negative, and it’s a minor one, our refrigerator made moaning noises occasionally.

It's a great location downtown. It has very nice spacious rooms The wi-fi was terrible, could not get online most of the time I was there. Also was not impressed with the breakfast options. No non-dairy provided.

Central location, friendly and helpful staff clean and comfortable

Definitely NOT the usual Hilton standards I am used too. Various damages & beds were extremely hard. What took the cake was the fact that someone crapped in the pool and the night receptionist didn't have it cleaned. No note. Nothing!

Clean rooms and good breakfast

Clean Expensive for a 3 star hotel. I want to extend my stay but the price is exorbitant.
